Great Wash and Blow Dry

I have a Christmas party tonight and went in for a wash and blow dry. Lauren was wonderful and took great care in making my curly hair look pretty. It was very inexpensive too, $25.00 for a 45 minute service. I will go back often and highly recommend.

A great hair/nail/spa salon! Lauren does my hair and she does an amazing job!

THE best salon around!!!!!

This was by far the Worst Salon I ever went too.
Big Mistake.!!!! Big Money !!! High Priced. Took way too long. And, No Personal attention.
Having to Listen to your stylist constantly talking to the other girls in the salon, instead of focusing
On you, the client in the chair. Then, being pushed aside to sit somewhere, and wait, while she
Worked on other people, again, and again.
I had made an appointment, a week before. When I arrived,
Nobody acknowledged me, when I walked in, or asked my name.
They were all busy talking with each other.
My stylist, whom I made the appointment with, was working on someone else,
And I had to wait, about a half hour, before she took me.
I was going in for a color, and a smoothing treatment.
Well, I was stuck there, for 4 and a half hours.!!!! Yes, after I finally,
Got called into her chair for service, I was there for 4 and a half hours !!!
That's Ridiculous !!!! I've never had to be in a salon for that long.
It ruined my whole day. Not to mention, I left there , very unhappy.
She ruined my hair color. My hair had an orange/reddish brassy tone to it,
When she was done with me. She burned my eyebrows, by leaving color
On them too long. My skin got all irritated. She kept working on different people,
Between me, and, I never got the one on one personal attention, that I needed, or desired.
The whole time, she was working on me, She was constantly talking to other girls in the salon.
I felt she wasn't focused on what she was doing on my head.
Then, I was overcharged something awful. She told me the service was going to cost
$200.00 dollars for the treatment. She ended up charging me, $294.00 dollars!!!
Almost $300.00 hundred dollars for being stuck there for 4 and a half hours, and having
To listen to all that chatter, the whole time, and not getting the personal attention, that I was paying for.
What a rip off !!! And, she charged me $20.00 dollars to put a conditioner in my hair, but, didn't
Bother to tell me first, that the conditioner was going to cost an extra twenty dollars.
Are you kidding me ? No salon charges you for conditioner. Then, I had planned to pay with a credit
Card. Well, halfway through my service, she tells me, that their credit card/computer service,
Isn't working, so I can't pay with the credit card. Why, didn't they tell me that in the beginning ?
When I arrived. Good thing, I had my checkbook with me. Then, it took all the money, that I had in
My checkbook. I wasn't happy about that. Suppose I didn't have my checkbook ! I wouldn't have
Been able to pay. I can't believe, they didn't tell you, when you walk in, that the credit card machine,
Isn't working. Anyway, that was my awful experience, and a totally wasted day. I'll Never go there
Again. In fact, I had to go somewhere else, to have my awful hair color corrected. To. Get the
Orange and Red Brassy tone out of my hair. Their lighting is terrible , so you can't really see your
True hair color results in there. Until you walk outside and look in the mirror in your car. AAAHH !!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
And WAY. TOO EXSPENSIVE !!!
