It’s always nice to deal with a company or individual that is honest. I know that we are all looking for the best price but honesty is priority to me. Erik was quick to diagnose the issue. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Erik for taking care of our issue and being so polite.

Reyes and David did an excellent job installing our new AO Smith water heater! They were professional, friendly and worked quickly to get our hot water restored. Thanks to Michael for triaging our need and scheduling them to come out the same day we called. Let me start off with saying they made this experience go smoothly, from the second I called to get info and set up a date for the tech to come out for an estimate ( I believe the gentlemen on the phone was named Eric, very professional, understanding and caring ( I was super nervous calling) I knew since then I had made a great choice) I was completely satisfied with their service! Irin and his partner were super professional and very helpful in answering all my questions and having the issue fixed within the same day! Overall I was extremely happy I made the decision to have Mr. Rooter service my home! I will definitely be keeping them on my top list for future services!!

Fantastic work and immediately secured me as a repeat customer. Mr Reyes Chavez was my tech. Not only did he call ahead,letting me know he was ahead of schedule, he solved an issue that would've needed to cut out part of the wall had he not gotten the broken piece out.

All within the -same day- the issue happened. Called around 6 AM and they were finished before lunch.

Irin Martinez came and removed our old tankless and did an amazing job walking through the new tankless install and really was overall an amazing plumber to have on site and am very thankful and will be requesting him again if anything else arises.

Mr. Rooter was so easy to work with! We ran into a problem with access to our crawl space and they provided names for contractors that they worked with in the past. They were very responsive to a couple of reschedulign snafus (on our side). They were professional in all regards, answering questions, explaining their work before, during and after. They cleaned up their job site, provided photos of underground work, and their prices were very fair. We are 100% customers for life. Very hard to find this level of professionalism, pride of work, and Customer Service these days, and Mr. Rooter delivered in spades. Wholeheartedly recommend.

They were prompt, polite, and they knew what it would take to fix the plumbing. The pricing was fair. I'd definitely use them again.

After calling 4 different plumbing companies for a multi family community with a big plumbing issue and being told “we don’t do back ups” and “you have to call a leak detection company to find the leak first, then we can come and fix it” , or no plumber available, Mr. Rooter had a plumber on site within 30 minutes.

With a possibility of 2 scenarios, $800 or $1000+, it was the lesser of the 2. Reyes and Ismael were my plumbers and they did a 5 star job. I will absolutely use them for any future issues.

They explained everything in detail and provided email documentation for records for any estimate or service confirmation we needed. When this company says they are affordable they are being very honest. I was shocked at the great deal we received for everything which was so much better priced than anything we'd seen anywhere and they offer easy, affordable payment plans that made it even better for quality installation and product. Moved in to a mobile home and noticed some plumbing issues the first night at 2am. Put in a support ticket and got a call first thing in the morning scheduling a technician to visit same day. Irin (the technician) did an amazing job fixing the issues we had and had great customer service and communication skills. The cost of services was very reasonable and we will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.
