Bottles Fine Wine

Prices are higher here: if you are coming here for just cheap made in USA beer look elsewhere. Comparing bottles to standard large competitors is to compare Apples to Oranges. Bottles is a local business that carries a wider variety, particularly with harder to come by imports such as Soju, Sake, Asian Beers, sparkling Roses, etc. This store is great for finding those drinks for the most special of occassions which also makes it one of the better giftcard stores for friends and family. This place is kept extremely clean and aesthetically well maintened compared to the usual mass stacking of carboard boxes. Service here is also exceptional, the employees are quite friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Delivery is available for some areas as well as ordering ahead. The website could use more photos of the products in stock but otherwise I have no complaints.

Bottles is one of my top 3 liquor stores that I have visited in my lifetime! They have a vast selection of interesting liquors and alcohol. What really makes this store stand out is its friendly and dedicated employees, especially Jess. She always has great recommendations on beer and wine, while also being a genuinely nice person. The last time I visited, I had a unique set of circumstances, and she tried her utmost best to help resolve my purchase. I look forward to continually shopping here for years to come!!

Great selection for all kinds of spirits and wines. I did not go inside but ordered ahead, and when I arrived they brought my order outside for me. Very nice people. When I feel more comfortable going indoors I would love to browse to see more of what they have, but it's terrific that one can purchase online.

I'm not a big wine drinker, so I can't speak as to their wine selection, but they have a great selection of ciders that I've happily been working my way through. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; and they also have a fair amount of mixers and neat little bar tools and accessories (I couldn't resist the jigger shaped like a black cat).

Great place if you want to have a guided tour to wine, on top of their fine selection of spirits and beers.

I love coming here when I need help finding a wine to match the meal I’m cooking… each wine has a guide with indicated flavors and matching profiles.

Came in town to celebrate a special occasion and the staff bent over backwards to help my find the right gift. Very impressed. I will be back and this place will get my money going forward when in Providence. Good selection, very helpful staff.

This place can be a little pricey, but not exoranantly. It is on the east side after all. They have a great assortment. They have a whole shelf for Sake and Japanese liquor, which is absolutely awesome. The staff is mega friendly and were super helpful and personable. I was staring at the beer refrigerator looking dumbfounded and lost and an associate asked if he could help me find something. I said I wanted some kind of fruit beer or sour. He said oh we got this new one in that I grabbed for myself too and we haven't put it on the shelf yet. Let me run in the back real quick and grab it for you! It looked cool but I wasn't sure if I wanted the whole rack and he somehow noticed that in my stare and slight hesitation and said oh, you can take a single if you like! Oh great! I said what about any of these. He was like sure grab anything you like! It was a great experience. Such wonderful staff.

I purchased a gift through a reputable on-line liquor service for Father's Day and it was never delivered. I contacted Bottles, ordered online, and explained my situation. They kindly called and arranged delivery within RI to my Dad. Kate at Bottles was gracious and extremely helpful.

Excellent package store. Tons of varieties of every beer/wine/spirit, and the employees there have a vast knowledge of their products. They constantly bring in new stuff, and they even have a rewards program. I always find something I like here, whether I've had it a million times or just trying something new.

Whoever stocks the bourbon selection knows what they are doing. The employees conduct themselves as Staff, in the best of ways. The store is a gem. I've been a few times now even though its well out of my way. Worth the ride.

Wonderful selection and great customer service

The most knowledgeable and helpful wine and beer staff I have ever encountered. I needed some guidance on how to make sangria and instead of pushing higher priced wine and brandy, they guided me to the middle of the pack because the 'fruity wine makes a better sangria'.

I really like this place and I don't drink very much but I found a peach flavored beer from lindman's and it's just so good I like to get the four pack so I have it for a little while but unfortunately they didn't have it so I got the large bottle but they always so nice

Their curbside pickup is a dream and has absolutely been a life saver during COVID. The beer selection is great, and my wife and I implicitly trust their wine selection. You'll always find a delicious $10 wine there. I'll put it that way.
