I want to say thank you to the man who was working last night (Sept 7) around 10pm. My 19 year old daughter stopped in to buy something and a guy she didn’t know came in after her and kept following her around very closely. He was trying to ask her personal questions and she felt very uncomfortable. She went to the register to pay for her item and the man working there asked her if she was okay and said he didn’t like the way the guy was following her around the store so he had already called the police. The police showed up right away, checked to see if she was okay, and made sure she got to her car safely to come home. Thank you so much for being alert and looking out for others.

just got told to get out of "MY STORE" AKA Seasons on 44 Raynham for using the restroom which is falsely posted out of order due to the influx of people from the flea market...my coworker and I frequent this seasons due to the cleanliness and the Marylou's coffee, which we purchased today...the young woman working there today at 4:40 May 15, 2022 needs a serious customer service refresher or possibly just a new job...all this after her coming out of said "out of order" bathrooms

Was getting gas about 5:30pm on 1/29 my boyfriend was standing outside the entire time while gas was pumping but bc he walked to the front of the car to check something out quick the cashier shut off the pump. When he went in to question it she was extremely rude never in my life have I seen such terrible customer service or heard of a gas attendant shut off a pump while your actually standing outside the entire time gas is pumping, I can understand if he got back in the car but that he did not do. Seasons do better with the people you hire

tried to use my stop and shop rewards points here for the uptenth time. and always a issue the machine seems to always have problems. so have to drive several more miles down the road to another shell station were they honor them and there is never a problem.And the seasons in brockton, they honor them also and again never a problem

My fiance and I have been working non stop since 4am. We stopped to use the bathroom. We were rudely told to get out of the bathroom, so other customers could use the bathroom. Which I and he wouldn't have been so mad, if asked nicely, but we weren't even in there for 5 minutes. I didn't even get to finish. I'm so appalled, disgusted, and just honestly feel like my rights were taken. I usually buy something after using the restroom to say thank you for allowing me to use the bathroom, but this time I couldn't wait to leave because of such a rude customer service representative you call a cashier. I will never be setting foot in this store again.

The assistant manager was smoking dispos in the gas station young girl with some piercings then proceeded to refuse to serve me even though I have a valid ID when I go in there multiple times a week to buy the exact same thing. Never going back.

A worker told me to leave because I slammed a microwave door unintentionally. I suspect a hate crime because I look Chinese. The cops know. Anyhow I am letting some Chinese looking people know the business is prejudice!
