I went in today today, and spoke to Miriam for getting insurance for my jeep and she’s the most patient person I’ve ever met. Besides the hundreds of questions I had, she had ALL the information ready to go, and didn’t hesitate to help me in translating the things I wanted, from Spanish. She also offered life insurance policy, being 28, it’s not a bad thing to think about. Thanks to Miriam and the team here! Great experience !

Thank you Andrew for all your help with my billing issue. My issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate your call back and you resolving this in such a timely manner. I called the office yesterday and did not get any help the customer service person just took my info and said someone should be calling me back. Needles to say I never received a call.

The Staff at this office is always really helpful and always has time to answer any questions i have in regards to my policy. Also they have provided the lowest cost for my automobile/house insurance rate compared to other companies.

We’ve had great service for many years. The cost just kept getting higher and higher so we went with USAA (husband is veteran) for same coverage at lower premiums. There’s been issues with the cancellation; finally called corporate and got the cancel ball rolling. However, we’re patiently awaiting the “check” for vehicles plus our mortgage company want’s their reimbursement too. It’s going into 3rd month, I’ll be happy when we get our “check in the mail”.

Miriam was so helpful and patient with me answering all my questions. She explained everything really well. Excellent customer service from her and everyone in the office!
