Maestro Mufflers & Auto Repair

Maestro’s was exactly what I was looking for, so happy I found this place. I ripped the exhaust off my Jeep off-roading and needed something higher clearance that didn’t interfere with my suspension and didn’t require replacing the entire exhaust ($$$). Mario (the owner) asked me how I wanted the tubing done/where I wanted the muffler placed. He was able to mock everything up, weld it, and get me out the door in about an hour. Absolute pro, reasonable rates, and very funny guy too!

I could not recommend this place any more highly. I called on Friday at 4:30pm about my muffler, and they got me in at 9am the next morning - on Saturday! It took about 40 minutes and I was only charged $75 for the repair! This is with a lot if rust on the exhaust system. It's an old car and I didn't want to put much $ in it. I was blown away by the fast service, kindness of everyone at the shop, and incredible pricing. I will use this shop for everything I can moving forward!

Very helpful. Went over my Driveline on my big Crew Cab Chevy truck, and showed me what needs to be done. He will be doing the work, when I bring him back the parts. Very honest.

Mario is a great guy! He's retired age but still going. He down sized and works in the heart of Sunnyslope. This is the go to place for mechanical work. Not just mufflers.

I was having problems with the check engine light and I was advised to come here to talk to the owner (Mario) and he basically weld ( by cutting) a piece of my muffle an by doing that my check engine light went off, my car is much quieter and when I accelerate it's very smooth and responsive.

Had my driveshaft freshened up had everything replaced. I cleaned and painted the drive shaft.
I do custom work as well.

Definitely five stars! Mario took in my car last minute and finished within a few hours to weld back my cat. converter together when it was sawed off, gave me a ride back home. Then another time when I needed a cat. converter Bri quoted me a great price, communicated with me very well understood my situation. Scott was the one to help replace my converter and install my o2 sensors also within a few hours everyone is very friendly and helpful. Found a reliable and affordable shop to continue my car services when needed. Thank you!

Been there twice so far had exhaust work done on both of my vehicles, one of them custom work. Scotty's a great guy, very friendly, very quick. I go there for everything, and they have the best prices on front end alignments of anybody in Phoenix.

The first time I went to MAESTRO MUFFLER & DRIVE LINE I had to have my drive line center support bearing taken off and put on the correct way because my mechanic installed it wrong. It took the man(can't remember his name) about 2 minutes to do the job, and he didn't even want to charge me, but I insisted he take $20.00. He told me my drive line was most likely out of balance. I already knew it was because of the vibration it made when I was driving. I came back about 2 weeks later to have it balanced. He had my drive line off, balanced, and back on in around an hour. He also showed me that it was out of balance. I understood what he was showing me because I use to be a machinist. It was out of balance. He charged me $150.00(every other place I checked was at least $225).
The guy was fast, friendly, and did a great job. MAESTRO'S also does exhaust systems. I spoke with Mario about a new muffler. He gave me a price that was around $80.00 cheaper than at least 5 other places I checked out. I'll be going back in around 2 weeks to have a muffler installed on my s10. MAESTRO'S has to be one of the best keep secrets in Phoenix. If you ever need any of the above done, you should check out MAESTRO'S.

Replaced my muffler and deleted my resonator. Mario is a very good person and knows what he is doing.

If you need Driveshaft work then this IS the place to go in the valley. Ron is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work and won't let you down. Honest, fair and able to think outside the box. Do not be put-off by the location etc, this is the place you want to leave your project. Just a great old-school shop, that knows their business.

Want to save money on repairs? Well I had work done on several of my vehicles, including custom exhaust made for a 5.6L Ford engine which looks great and sounds awsome with a easy flow muffler. Always a really fair price and very good work. One time I've seen a customer that didn't have a lot of money and the owner help them out even though it was a temporary wielding repair. The customer knew it was temporary and not a true fix, but got help from the shop, just to help them out and get them bye until there next paycheck. I don't know about what you know, but I don't know of anyother shop that would even do that for anyone. I also know that this shop has been there for over 30 years. I guess there might be some people out there who might want to to say none acuratestatements about what Maestro mufflers has done for others like doing good repairs for the people who need good and honest vehicle repairs at a great price. ~Francesco~

I visited Mario "the maestro" to have my driveshaft balanced. He was very helpful in explaining the process and diagnosing other possible issues. I will be back to keep improving my Camaro and learning from this great mechanic with 50 years in the business.

Referred to this location by AVJC, love the way they run the shop, involve you in the process of configuring your exhaust to setting up driveshafts, maintaining, etc. I went initially for a front driveline balance, liked the service so much decided to talk to their exhaust guy about plans I had and now setting up a new exhaust configuration that will accomodate my UFC tummy tuck kit and upgrading to a SYE/CV rear driveshaft! Prices seem reasonable.

I needed a new driveline on a Saturday at 2:30 PM. Ron told me to come down and bring my old one. By 4:00 PM Ron built me a custom driveline, painted, balanced, new u-joints and my yoke installed.... for $250. The cheapest driveline (only, no u-joints) I could find was $350. Couldn't be happier with the driveline or the service.

Ron built me a driveline for my jeep for half the price it would be to buy an OEM REPLACEMENT.
It was very easy a couple of measurements over the phone and I picked it up the next morning. Great job.

He stayed open late and did a great job changing my muffler out. Definitely recommend!

I was in the area so I thought I would stop by just to see how much it would cost me to have a carrier bearing in my truck replaced I spoke to Mario that I think he might be the owner and he gave me a quote I Said go ahead and change it out remind you I Had no appointment and he still had me in and out less than an hour thanks again Mario you’re the best
