Everyone (the receptionists, the intake nurse, Ulema Felix and check out staff) was friendly and professional. I have moved and travel 45 minutes there to stay with Tristan in Norton because I feel so comfortable and special there... like I'm one of the family!

I see Ulema Felix. I have an extensive medical history that has always been brushed off as me being a hypochondriac. Within months of having Ulema as a provider, my health conditions have been addressed and I've been referred out for diagnoses and proper care. She's is also invested and empathetic in my personal life and mental health. The plethora of other staff are also INCREDIBLE. Kind, caring, funny! It took me 20 years but I found my perfect match in a medical professional!

Ulama Felix is amazing. Always takes her time. As busy as it always is. I never feel rushed. Very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Costa is amazing! Tracie is hands-down one of the best medical doctors I have seen. Her demeanor and bed-side manner is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. She takes her time to listen to you and never makes you feel rushed. It’s a wonderful thing to have a doctor who cares about your well-being.

I have to say from the time I walked in to talk to the two receptionist to the medical assistant to the two nurse practitioners I had my visit was amazing. I have obsessive compulsive disorder and I'm a germaphobic and they were so amazing and took such good care of me they had such amazing patience you couldn't find better from the time you walk into the time I left great experience will definitely recommend them 100%

My visit was very productive. I felt heard and steps were taken to correct the issue.

The staff was great! They helped me painlessly figure out an issue with my insurance, I got in without waiting too long, my NP Ulema was absolutely fantastic, the person who drew my blood made it quick and painless, and everyone was absolutely kind. What a wonderful place!

I just became a patient at Tristan medical, I am extremely extremely happy that I made the switch from my old provider to Tristan medical. The provider I saw is Tracy Costa. She is absolutely amazing personable, listens to what you’re saying and repeat it back to you to make sure she’s understanding you. Let you know you’re not alone in anything that’s going on with you medically or mentally. She is very understanding. I absolutely 100% recommend Tristan medical as a primary care office. Prior to coming to Tristan medical I had been getting the runaround for almost a year with my prior primary care office. I had a baby January 2022. My doctor left very shortly after and since then the Doctor Who took over each time didn’t have openings because either day brought their own patients. Or they didn’t have something until a few months in. I would make those appointments and they would cancel on me. It’s was stressful.

Tracie is the best! I will follow wherever she goes. I have been a patient for many years and she knows me as a person and not just a patient! I highly recommend!

My NP Tracie Costa is such a great professional in her field. She actually listens and never makes me feel hurried. I always have feeling of compassion and that she really cares. Thank you, you’ve instilled my faith in healthcare at such a high level.
