I wanted this law firm to represent me with a family law issue due to their ratings listed on the web. However, they're a very unresponsive law firm. I've tried 4 different occasions over the span of a week to get in touch with someone for a consult (2 voicemails & 2 emails). No one ever responds to my inquiries. I spoke with a receptionist or secretary and all they do is transfer you to a voicemail so no one can call you back.

If you don't want to represent someone, perhaps you should just tell them instead of acting like an unprofessional firm. What kind of customer service is this? Even if they did respond now, who would take a chance if this is the kind of service they provide? Pathetic!
