VERY happy customer. Contacted my local Nissan dealership for a replacement sun visor. Estimate given was $215 plus $70+ labor. Seriously?! Found a YouTube video explaining how to replace myself. Ordered the part for $115 + shipping. Installed in 5 minutes. THANK YOU

This company is the worst place to order genuine Nissan products. I placed the order on 11/15/2021 and as of today 11/24/2021 they were still processing the order. On 11/19/21 I wrote an email asking for information about my order. Until this day I did not receive a reply. In order to cancel the order I had to call 5 times. It is the worst company I have ever contacted. I do not recommend buying here. I got the same product on Amazon, at a better price and they delivered in one day.

Total scam of a company, took my money and decided to cancel order saying ip address didn't match shipping address. I ordered while at work and no wear on the site did it say they had to match. But im glad it was canceled after reading all the reviews, the part may have be refurbished or defective , just read the reviews.

Shady company - cancels orders for no reason claiming some sort of fraud prevention with the actual reason not being valid. I think I dodged a bullet not ordering from them. Avoid.

NO STAR WHATS SO EVER. I ordered a part that I was told that could be returned. I no longer needed the part and emailed this place and was asked what the part was. After not receiving an email back for days I contacted the number and could not get an answer. I finally was able to speak with someone on a Monday and asked if I could return the part after the guy asked me the part..he said yes and gave me information to send the part back, In which I went to UPS to pay to have the item shipped back. I received a phone call telling me the part was not returnable due to be electrical. I asked them to send me the part back and was told I needed to get a UPS label for them to send me the item back. I paid $200 for the initial purchase, $25 to send the item back to them and was should not be responsible to have to PAY AGAIN to ship the item back. I explained to send me the item back that I paid for and the guy on the phone started being very rude and kept telling me I needed to pay to have it shipped back to me. I emailed the company asking for my part to be shipped back and received an email saying it was not returnable once again. It is going on 2 weeks and I have not received my part back. This place is a FRAUD who takes people money after purchasing. If I was told I was able to ship the item back why would I have to purchase a shipping label to receive my PAID ITEM BACK! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE #FRAUD IF YOUR EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW THE POLICY YOU SHOULD HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO RETURN AN ITEM BACK TO A CUSTOMER. I am not pleased and have lost my money due to that. I have emailed the company and no response after speaking to someone via phone and email. I SMELL A LAWSUIT #SCAM

My order got cancelled twice for some made up reason about the order being "high risk" for scam? It mentioned something about "IP address is a large distance away from billing address". First I thought it was the VPN. So I reordered without a VPN and it automatically cancelled again.

If you are ordering parts online do not do business with them! Order was placed with no issue and money was taken from account. Next morning I woke up to a "your order has been canceled for High Risk.....wait 2-5 business days for your refund". Decided to call to ask what happened and they said because my billing address did not match my shipping address that is why it was canceled. To make matters worse, I was informed that even if I would call in to re-order the part, that it would be flagged as "High Risk" and I my order would never go through, basically I can never order from their website/dealership again. Absolutely ridiculous, take your business elsewhere. They offered nothing to try and make the situation right and without saying it, said to bad not our issue.

I guess I should have read these reviews first... I placed an order on 10-Oct for a single, small part from their web site. They had the lowest cost among the parts web sites I checked. I've been wondering for a few days what's going on with my order, then today (27-Oct) I got a cancellation e-mail. I called on the phone and was told the part is back-ordered; there was nothing about this when I placed the order. Like others have said, this was one of the worst parts ordering experiences I've had in many years.

ZERO STARS. I'm not one to complain or write reviews unless it's absolutely necessary! DO NOT do business or spend any if your money with or at this place. I ordered a part back in September of 2021 and it was delivered damaged weeks later and the entire process of getting a new item was a hassel. The manager refused to return phone calls and emails. I have all of the proof.. call logs, emails and pictures. I finally was able to get him on the phone today.. ITS JANUARY 12TH of 2022.
The manager immediately took an aggressive attitude with me saying he refuses to send me another part because it will get damaged again.
Great customer service from a manager. (Maybe package differently and be a kind human being?) Definitely need to talk to my attorney again and maybe contact Nissan in general and see about this store/dealership. Shameful. Shady. Extremely unprofessional!!

if I could give this store 0 stars I would please use an actual Nissan parts dealer this store seems more and more like a scam every time I look into it. especially with all of the fake 5 star ratings on google and a few other places. there is no reason why I ordered a sub/spare tie down and its taken as long as it has to get any sort of update for the part. the order hasn't moved since I ordered it. Customer support is just as sad as there shipping department. if this is a real company at this point I hope that its not they need to get it together. I've already got into contact with google to get them to stop recommending this company to their users. please just go to Nissan's home website, or honestly eBay get better response from a random person online then this place.

Order not shipped weeks after order placed. Called and they told me they would ship the next day. A week later I email and no response. Then I call to cancel the order since I can't wait any longer and order still shows "in progress"

Very helpful on the front end in selecting the right parts. Order then sat for a week with no progress. I called and they said they were short handed and would process the order immediately. A day later I got an email that the order was cancelled and a refund would be issued. The worst experience I’ve had buying auto parts online. I’m inclined to follow up with Nissan USA, as this is part of a dealership.

I bought a crank position sensor for my Xterra, expecting factory parts. I received a radio antenna cover. I sent several emails to their support asking for a refund and return label for their mis-sent part. I heard nothing back. Now I see the reviews for this place are horrific. Don't be tricked. It doesn't seem like they truly are "Nissan" or reputable.

Never order anything from this place. They cancelled my order for no apparent reason and gave me no notification of it. Would have been nice to know I wasn’t getting any parts the day I was expecting them.

I ordered a $300 part and they snuck in a $300 shipping charge that was not clear at all. When I called to ask to get it fixed they hung up on me and took the position that since they snuck it past me that it was my fault even though shipping charges would be about $25 for this part.

Order a bolt that I desperately needed back on December 8th. Found a different part on December 9th and called and emailed to cancel my order.

No response.

Part was shipped on December 18th. Go to someone else

Ordered on two seperate occasions, and both orders were missing parts. The second order they had literally just put a shipping label on the oil filter box and it came crushed and torn in the mail.

i ordered a exhaust donut flange for my 2010 nissan versa and they sent me a gas cap----i called and spoke to David numerous times and they kept promising to send proper part--2 weeks later correct part not shipped-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not care about the customer

Terrible customer service, ordered parts and after 20 days they have not shipped. Going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card.
