Another great experience from Stateline. This is our family’s second Jeep purchase from them within one year and it was just as easy and hassle free from the gate. Nick was an excellent sales representative and found the model I wanted with the features that I wanted as well. Pricing was great and they accommodating all the way through the process. I had a great sales experience with Bobby Levesque throughout the whole process. He cares about customer satisfaction and understanding which made my first car purchase a breeze. Although my experience with the finance manger, Maurice Arnett, was a bit bumpy, Bobby’s customer service and transparency certainly offset this piece and made for an overall positive experience.

Matthew, Wayne, LJ and the entire team were fantastic. They found me the exact car I was looking for, and when I was looked for a specific feature available on a specific package on the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4e, they scoured the lot to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I feel like I was a bit difficult and needy, changing the car in the middle of the deal, but the team never made me feel that way, and made sure I was happy with the vehicle and the price no matter what.
