Best Buy

I just left Best Buy in North Attleboro Massachusetts and was extremely happy with the service I received. Matthew Slader helped me and could not have been nicer. He answered all of my questions and guided me to the items that I needed. His customer service was impeccable and he is an asset to the store.

We went to Best Buy looking for advice and recommendations in regard to a getting a new TV. (Ours was at least 18 yrs old)! Luckily we encounter Matt who gave us a comprehensive review of what was available. We described what we were looking for and our primary uses. From there he made some excellent
recommendations. Our final selections of tv and soundbar are now installed (thank you Geek Squad) and we are so very happy with our choices . Thank you Matt for the great guidance.

Pretty good place. Recently bought a computer online had to have the drivers updated. They took care of it with quick fix service. If you want top quality, this is the only place for top of the line electronics. Plus , they have a service desk to help customers who are not tech smart. Only place to help with tech problems on a Sunday. If you need tech support, it is a good I idea to make an appointment. Overall, Best Buy is a good store. 👍

I wanted to take the time to write this review because I had such a great experience at the North Attleboro store. We had an isolated situation with a TV and went to BestBuy for advice. Upon arrival the greeter at the door heard my issue and called a manager over very quickly. The manger was a complete professional and applied some “out of the box” thinking to help me solve my problem. Once my situation was figured out they offered me a store credit as my goal was to get a larger TV. I was then introduced to Jeremiah in the TV section and he was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. He helped me find exactly what I needed, processed my sale quickly and brought the Tv out to my car. I was in and out of the store in under a half hour on SuperBowl Sunday. Was very happy with the customer service and happy to say that I will be more apt to make in store purchases vs online due to the staff here. Thank you

Went in for a PS5. Ordered online to pick up on the store. Box wasn't perfect and asked for a replacement to which they obliged unquestionably. Headed over to home theater area to browse and now I'm getting a new home theater projector and surround sound system custom installed. A simple customer service action turned me into a big ticket item buyer.

Bought a dishwasher and Jeremiah could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Customer service at its best!

Not many employees working today. I am buying a TV today and couldn’t find anyone to help me. But James at the entrance is the absolute man. Knowledgable and impeccably organized. Air traffic control has nothing on him.

The help was great. They directed us to where we needed to be and checkout was quick and easy.

Greeted at the door and introduced to a very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative. We got in and out quickly and learned a lot. We needed a modem, router, surge suppressor and connecting wires due to lightning damage to our existing set up. Our experience here was very good! The Best Buy rep made short work of educating us and we felt like we were not being sold more than what we needed. We were able to get our home office up and running quickly at a good price.

Extremely helpful right through the door. Very knowledgeable staff. Extremely large store. Enormous variety and always Best buy stands by their products and they're good quality

I love all the customer service that they have there soon as you walk in the door they want to know where you're going who you need what you need cuz I can get it for you. It sort of makes you feel uncomfortable but they know exactly what you need just let them help you.

I had to go by Best Buy and had a bunch of questions on different products. I was helped with every question I had. I appreciated the staffs patience and guidance on what I purchased.

By far my favorite Best Buy, The Pacific kitchen department is incredible, and not at all Best Buy locations; so this one is the one to visit. Shout out to Eric S in Pacific kitchen for being a great salesman for my friends and I. Also the TV deals all over the floor are sick!!

Needed a computer within an hour. rushed to Best Buy and got a great Samsung Galaxy Book3 360. Thank you to employee Gus.

We stopped at Best Buy just to check out options for a new TV, although we didn't purchase one we will be in the near future. Adam helped us and explained everything and answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He made our shopping experience very pleasant. When we do buy a TV we will definitely ask for Adam's assistance.

Employees that are knowledgeable and helpful are rare to find but not here. Super helpful and friendly staff that help you find the item that best fits your needs and budget.

Ihsan was great! Saved me $30 on a 50ft ethernet cable by going with a best buy essentials brand, and gave me a bunch of info on mesh networks so I can upgrade my setup down the road.
