If you like drama, division and gossip, this is the place for you! If you want to see officers get rewarded for bad behavior, this is the place for you. That being said if you're looking for job security, then this is also the place for you. You can even fall asleep and still keep your job. This is by far the worst juvenile detention facility I've ever worked at. Couldn't have been more disappointed in my experience there. When the juveniles know more about what's what and who's who than staff..... you know there's an issue. It's truly a shame too, because the facility itself has great potential.
