Dianna was so personable! The experience was amazing. I got a Brazilian laser removal and going into it I was super nervous but she made me super comfortable and walked me through the entire process. You can't beat her prices!! Definitely recommend.

Do not go to this place, I would not call it a Spa. I never leave reviews, but feel the need for anyone interested in going. First of all Dianna takes the money before procedure (I'm thinking, because you will change your mind), then proceeds to give me the wipes to clean my own face in the waiting room/hallway and numbs me in the same chair...Then the room for the procedure was cluttered and the bed was against the wall. not very sanitary...the results were not visible, worst money spent. should be reported...

Apparently she was having a bad day. Difficult to deal with, not very personable. I feel I did not receive a thorough treatment. Poor hygiene, questionable standard of ethics.
