We have taken our cat here many times and they have always treated her and us with respect. Today was another visit and unfortunately Molly did not come home this time with us. Molly was 15, diabetic and my husband Greg took good care of her. I give kudos to Canyon State for the room they have available for these instances. Molly's passing was peaceful and we were able to spend as much time with her before they did the euthanasia. Thank you to the staff and their compassion and understanding. Couldn't have done this without you.

Went to the Peoria facility. Doctors were very attentive and dedicated. They kept me updated with my dog status at the end of the night and first thing in the morning, and because mine stayed two full nights so they contacted me during the day as well. Front staff and techs were very professional as well. The only downside was the price, but I also understand the charges as it is a 24/7 emergency animal hospital with 24 hr staff. Hopefully, I will not need them again, but if I ever do, I would take my pups there again.

Excellent communication and follow up. Very transparent about pricing. Nurses took very good care of my golden bear. Doctor was very informative and easy to talk to. I would recommend if making the choice for surgery.

My ferret collapsed I rushed him here knowing he was passing away but not wanting to let him suffer. I don't remember alot of that day but I know I lost it in there. I don't remember names but the whole staff was amazing warm caring and I needed that in that moment. They wrapped him in a baby blanket and brought him back to me in a quiet room and let me hold my 8 year old baby just like when he was 8 weeks old. When it was time a lady came in and calmly explained every move she made. I felt him leave before she said it. They let me take my time with him for a while longer. I can't express to the staff there how much I appreciate them thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care ♥ attached are photos of my baby coming home they handled him beautifully and brought him back to me just as beautifully. And a card with a drawing of my stinky boi. I hope there's an afterlife where I get to spend it with him

This was an end of life visit for my furry son of 12 years. The staff was compassionate, empathic, and consoling during this difficult time. The setting and process were private, and it allowed me to spend time with Toby in a private room and then hold him while they final shot was administered. The doctor was really nice.

Had to bring in my husky puppy. Ended up having to have surgery due to an intestinal blockage (he eats everything). The staff was so awesome and informative. The doctor called me prior and after the surgery to give me updates and was so patient and informative over the phone with me. All the techs and front desk ladies were so kind and loving to my baby boy. He seemed comfortable to be there and his surgery went great. I wish they weren’t just an emergency vet because I would love to establish care with them as his primary vet! Awesome team of people.

Anytime we've had an emergency need for our dogs, they have been quick to provide support. These professionals are compassionate and very supportive.

Dr. Wang thank you sooooo much for the extra help that we couldn't afford you truly have a heart of gold.

I had an emergency and we got there and the staff is amazing and caring. I was very upset and our nurse was so comforting. I don’t think I would ever be here this soon. They did an amazing job trying to help my baby girl. Unfortunately she didn’t make it and they let me process the next step with my son and even with the hard choice we had to make they still were very caring thank you so much to everyone.

Took a nice feral cat in for surgery, after learning from my Vet. that he had a hip bone, and puncture wounds from a dog attact. Very nice place, Dr. Duthie, was very nice, and she gave me options other than surgery. But as I said, this is a really nice cat, so now he's my $7000.00 cat for life.

They took in a badly injured dog we found, and am very grateful they did. The front desk girls were not so friendly , but they probably were having a bad night.

The staff was very professional and considerate had option to be with dog or sit in a private room. It was also the most reasonable priced place in town to get Max put to sleep thank you for taking care of him so quickly on a very busy night

Great place , I took my puppy for an emergency and they took great care of him in his last moments ,My baby had to be put down and they made me feel at ease after having to make the difficult decision.
I really appreciate everything they did .

Southwest Veterinary Surgical Services - the staff was amazing, very polite and professional. Everything was explained thoroughly and they made sure all of our questions / concerns were answered/covered.

I’ve had to use this emergency vet twice and they were phenomenal both times. The most recent visit, we sadly had to put out dog down. I cannot give enough praise to the staff. We wanted to do it at home, but it was late at night so there were no places open. The staff were gracious enough to come out to our truck and allow our boy pass in his most beloved place!

We took our 2 1/2 month puppy in for a fractured jaw. The staff were so loving, kind, understanding, & compassionate. They worked with our budget and were still able to do everything she needed with the best quality. I trust very few with my babies and these people I trust. They will absolutely remain our primary vet.
