I really enjoyed the process of buying my mom a used 2015 Scion XB here. From makings an appointment with Emma on the phone and meeting her to talking with the shop manager Pedro on questions about the car to the finishing paperwork with Reyna who was in the pic with cool shades…my experience was a memorable one. This review is 7 years in the making and cross country proven. This team has unbeatable prices, outstanding condition, amazing selection and great customer service. My latest purchase was a Toyota Tacoma 2020 (photos included). I traveled with this vehicle from their location in Phoenix all the way to Dallas, zero problems, it was just as if I had taken it out of the dealership. My parents also bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder, which they too drove from their location to another part in Texas and they had the same wonderful experience. Our first vehicle with them is a Toyota Highlander which we still have after relocating and traveling cross country with it. I have had zero problems, never even had to use the warranty they offered because it was in such great condition. Overall, I would encourage anyone who is budget conscious and who is looking to invest in a great vehicle, to visit this team. If you cant find what you need, let them know. They go above and beyond for their customers. For me, having to wait for one of these vehicles to be ready, was absolutely worth it. Having lived in different parts of the country, with the opportunity to compare service, pricing and quality, the group at Expo Auto sales and Best Western Motors are the best choice hands down. Great buying experience! Reyna our salesperson was friendly, informative and there was NO PRESSURE! It was my first time buying a salvage/restored title vehicle. They disclosed the previous damage, showing me pictures from the salvage auction, and disclosed all repairs. This made me much more comfortable. I'll update my review in 6-12 months pending how well the vehicle holds up but for now I'm super happy as you can't beat the price!
