I have know Mike for over a decade and he is truly one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated attorneys in the profession. Mike was available very quickly and at all hours in the day and worked over a 7 month period. I still remember the first day I met with Mike very honest guy, didn’t push me to hire him which was one of the problems I came across when trying to find a lawyer. Told me what I needed to do or what I could do if I wanted. He provided me with one of his books, which I was able to read (not long) and become more familiar with my situation. I'm conflicted on writing this review - I don't believe in drinking and driving because I think it's a selfish thing to do. That being said, my daughter was arrested for a DUI and failed the breathalyzer. All my friends said no attorney is getting her off this. Well, they never meet Atty. Delsignore - he was brilliant when it came to trial, no other word to describe it. I would also like to add, the clerk at the courthouse told my daughter she had a good attorney and that he was a nice guy. I pray to god I never need Atty. Delsignore again but if I or my friends ever need a DUI attorney, I know exactly who to send them to. Presented as professional and thorough. Quickly saw that was not the case. I had to chase down updates on my simple case (1st ever experience with the courts). Finally with the COVID issues and receiving little communication from him or the court, I reached out to him for an update as I had received an email earlier. He did not realize I was his actual client until I told him I had retained him already. He apologized profusely but seemed intoxicated. He called me back again with a quieter background, apologized and offered to send my retainer back. I did receive the retainer back, however had to start back at square one. This was my first experience with the courts or layers and I was very upset. This caused more stress and anxiety on me. He helped little to none. I would look elsewhere. When you try to push a e-book you have written, that is filled with grammatical errors....should have been my first red flag!
