We had a tornado warning in our area 9/13. The staff escorted us all into a safe place of the store. I heard other stores in the area did nothing for their patrons.

Jcpenny is a great store I love going g to this store. It's almost like a Target's but jcpenny is cheaper and great. They really don't think they have to many JCpennys any where but this one here is the best

I've always loved this store as a young girl when my mom use to take us. And now as an older adult, it brings back nice memories. I always seem to find something there at a reasonable price. Please don't close 🙏 this wonderful place.

Very Helpful Service, Luisa was a wonderful woman that I had the pleasure of meeting. She was kind and genuine. This is always enjoyable when out shopping but she was just a peach. I found what I was looking for at half the price and grateful for that, I have looked for this product elsewhere, but JC PENNY had the best price of any store I looked for it. Alex was wonderful! I walked in and was immediately greeted kindly by them. They asked me if I had any questions (which I did) and worked with me the entire time I was there to find several cruelty free and vegan options. Their recommendations were spot-on and I cannot wait to try out my new goodies! Alex is a so knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and a true asset to Sephora. I went to sephora for some lip stain not knowing what I needed since I dont wear make up. Cheri the manager there was amazing! She went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. She was delightful and friendly she even humored my 5 yr old! Exceptional employee! Thank you!

Went to the style salon an had an appointment with Cathy an she was so nice an Awesome an Amazing an she did an Awesome Amazing job an love getting my hair cut washed an styled an seats were so comfy an hair washing too an can not wait to go back again for another appointment with her too an loved the Big Hugs too 😊

Still has everything you need from clothes to kitchen ware and everything in between. Jewelry dept has great prices too as well as the perfume dept.

I feel terrible for not having gotten names either time I was in this store in the last month or so, but the staff here seems to be 10/10 from my experience. I’m decently clueless when it comes to makeup and both times I’ve been very candid with the salesperson, and both times, the suggested items were exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend this spot, though it is small, if they carry the products you use, it’s worth popping in and supporting! Thank you Emerald Square staff 🖤

My purpose was to buy a package of men's underwear. Looking around, I saw polo shirts at a reasonable price. The items were 40% off, so I doubled up. Clean floors and knowledgeable sales persons. Good experience.
