Theresa Allegrucci: Allstate Insurance

I switched to Allstate Auto and Homeowners a few years ago. I am amazed at how well Allstate has served my wife and I since. Every person I have talked to who is connected with Allstate, especially the people in Theresa Allegrucci's office, have been readily available, knowledgeable about their business, and courteous.

I have done a lot of checking. I take advantage of every cost saving measure Allstate offers including DriveWise, one time payment directly from my bank, over 65 drivers, and perfect driving records etc. No other insurance company comes close to the low rates Allstate charges me.

In this world where it seems that you can't trust anyone, Allstate, in my humble opinion, stands above the fray.

They were so nice and helpful. Setting up home insurance was a breeze. Can't wait to switch auto insurance.

Best insurance company I have had in my 10 years of driving across 4 different companies!

Can't give 5 stars. They send email telling us to call about our policy which is renewing next month. I called a few times and got the answering machine. When I finally talked to someone, they said they would look at our policy and get back to us. Never did. Called back again, and once again got the answering machine.

This is incompetent agency is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. So my dad had auto and home with this horrible agency. I had reached out back in December 2022 to have my mother’s car taken out of policy due to her not being able to drive anymore. Unbeknownst to myself and my dad this was never done after sending them an email and copy of the canceled registration. Come June my dad gets a bill and a cancellation of non-payment for auto never being cancelled (which he pays entire premium in one payment to avoid installment fees). After hours on the phone with Allstate, they were able to backdate after me showing proof of email I originally sent to this incompetent agency. Do yourself a favor and avoid this agency at all costs!

Total rip off, and extremely rude! I have never worked with an insurance company that conducts themselves in such an unprofessional manner! Feeling like this is a few man operation that charges 3× what other insurance companies charge, then try to make it hard to cancel your policy so they get every penny possible!

My experience with Allstate was not a great one. I would not go with Allstate at all. Look for somewhere else, and do not let the Name fool you. I took out the insurance policies from All, because of the Name, but was disappointed. The services were all bad.

Terrible! I have just changed agents and insurance companies. Could not get a call answered, a returned call after message, or email answered for 3 weeks. Filed a complaint with Allstate, they dont care either. IN MY OPINION, the Terri Allegurcci agency is horrible.
