Very thorough and helpful. Felt like I wasn't alone when insuring my company vehicles.

My family and I have done business with Torres for over 50 years, but recently I received a bill from them, and it didn't have anything except their address on it, so I sent a check to them, only to be told that it was supposed to be sent to a PO box. They received it a couple weeks late and had promptly canceled my insurance. I explained that this was no fault of mine, and I would appreciate if they could straighten it out. They said they called corporate/The company that I was insured through, and they wouldn't help. Why should that insurance company offer to help, when it was Torres that gave me a bill, not listing the P.O. box on it? I was very disappointed, that they didn't make this right. Not the same since Mr Taurus, and Debbie left us. A few people tried, and it showed, but that seems to have gone away as well. Walking away very disappointed after using them for 30 plus years!!!

Worst company in the world been 4 months totaled car and over 1 month for another car totaled not all money has been paid on either. They don't do there jobs at all. Spoke with the owner who says sorry I will take care of it all from here. Nope still waiting no calls no nothing owe and now rental needs to be returned so now no car for 2 people in my house.

Called for an insurance quote on home owners insurance never got a returned call as promised
