I live just up the street from here,and shop here almost daily,due to my schedule, mostly during evening hours.
The staff I deal with regularly, are without a doubt some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met in retail!
However, I made the mistake of going there during the day a couple times recently, and I have to say, it's like night and day! The people they have working up front, at self check during the day are rude, and have no customer service skills whatsoever! I spent 25mins. Just trying to get the register at self check out to take my 5 dollar bill, I asked several different staff members if they could help me, or exchange my 5 for a newer bill or 5 ones, but they claimed their register was locked, another one said , I would have to void out my whole thing and try a different register, so I did, and another 15mins later had the same result. And still, was on my own to figure it out .. my total was around $40, everything was paid except $4.45 , it just refused to take my 5 bucks, eventually I got so frustrated, I just slammed the 5 down on the register and got out of there.. I made a note, to only shop there at night when the 2 super nice ladies, who work around self check out are on duty, they really are awesome! They know me by name, and they spoil my little dog (who goes everywhere with me) they carry treats with them, and he always looks for them. I think their names are Pam and Deb, or Donna, I'm terrible with names, but the main ladies that work up front around self checkout. Anyway I just can't say enough about them! There's even been a couple times over this last year that I went over my cc limit, by a couple bucks, embarrassing as it was, instead of having to put something back, Pam just whips out a couple of ones and a minute later, I was on my way!! Where are u gonna find good, genuine, people who will help a customer, they don't even know personally?? They make me feel welcome, and for that, I'll continue to shop there regularly!
But only at night, you couldn't pay me to shop there during the day.

Cody is a young man as a cashier today. I went to get a bottle of water near his lane and he said he could help me if I was ready. I let him know I had a little bit more shopping to do. He asked if I would be using a debit card today, I answered I would be. He let me know of a nationwide issue affecting target today where debit cards would not work. Cash and credit would still work. I thanked him because knowing that before shopping would be helpful for many planning to use their debit card. When I finished shopping I went to his lane and he was helping the lady before me save money on her two books by using the circle app. It’s refreshing to see young workers who put in the effort to make great experiences.

I love Target you can most likely find whatever you may be looking for. But today I decided to purchase something for my granddaughter who is feeling not so hot and of course she wanted her present right away but I didn’t want to bring her in to the store so I try the drive up which an employee runs you purchase out to you. Unbelievable service no wait time and we received our bags under 5 minutes of parking in our spot, the employee was very friendly and polite definitely made my granddaughter happy getting her present I will definitely use this service again. I would recommend trying it out

In todays retail environment it’s hard to come by pleasant, friendly, helpful people. Your cashier Barbra consistently checks all those boxes!
She is a great asset to your business!

Picking up online order was fast and easy

The cashier Will was probably one of the nicest cashiers I’ve ever dealt with.He was very personable and Kinda and I wish there were more people like him in the retail industry.He deserves some kind of recognition or raise in my opinion.Keep up the good work will we need more people like you in this world ♥

Always a fast and convenient experience with pickup.

Very well kept store with friendly employees. The different areas are stocked nicely and they have plenty of selection. The lines can get long in the afternoon but it always seems like their team can handle the crowds with Efficiency and kindness. They also hold some very unique items that are worth searching out. The workers here always seem willing to lend a hand to help you find whatever. Overall a very great Target store!

The pickup was fast however, only one of the three items was correct. As I have been having trouble finding the canning jars, I was happy to get any, and at least I could finish canning the batch I had on the ready with the one correct Quart case. We went back the next day to get more of the correct size, I am so happy that you are carrying the canning supplies as food prices are rising and who knows what is in the future.

I've always had good interactions with the employees as they are very helpful. I ordered online for the first time the other day and the transaction went smoothly. Initially I was supposed to pick up my item the next day but I received a text within the hour after processing my transaction online and it said I could come and pick up my items now so I was able to go to the store and get my purchase relatively quickly.

The cashier that helped me check out was very friendly, kind, and considerate! When checking out at a store nowadays, the cashiers are usually in their own world, not paying attention to the customer at all. This person that helped me today was the best, she deserves a raise!

The last time I visited Target (last week) I was standing in line with my daughter who was purchasing some books and an employee by the name of Jesse was close by and introduced us to the Target App with it's 15% off books. She noticed it was taking a while to upload so she came over and offered to take us at a closed register to help my daughter and checked us out with the same discount as the app!! Employees go above and beyond for the customers!!

My experience here at this location has always been pleasant. The children clothes are excellent from my toddlers all the way up. Almost any and everything that I needed for my children I have found here. From formula to clothing or shoes. never really had a problem finding anyting in this location and the customer service is always wonderful. Thanks

Target has a good variety of everything from household items, kids apparel to groceries. Everything is reasonably priced. I love that I can place orders online and can either pick them up in store or drive up (the geofencing is awesome...the associates can see when I'm on my way and have my order ready by the time I pull up to the drive up area).

You have great quality in your clothing line for the entire family. Target has their own grocery store. The hair and nail department is the best. Customer service is superb there at my East Taunton, MA store and the people are friendly. We have more than enough cleaning supplies for the carriages/free masks.
