Really appreciate the professionalism here. These guys in the yard are courteous respectful. Big shout out to Ray in the yard who unloaded me today. Good to see these guys come in with great attitudes ready to unload us guys day in and day out! Salute! 👌🏿

Terrible customer service at the Berlin MA store trying to get a window sash replaced on warranty, they just don't reply to your emails or return calls. Spoke to one sales rep, said he would take care of it... nothing. I called the main office and they were helpful.

Terrible place to deliver to, very slow with receiving goods. I agree with previous guys... I made appointment for 7 am, I got here at 7am, when I got here there were 3 trucks ahead of me, now is 9:30 and I'm still not even in the yard. What is the point of making appointments???
And even if you do first come first serve its still way to slow!

You can do to improve it, HIRE MORE GUYS TO DO RECEIVING, that will fix everything and you don't have to look for other solutions...
