il Asilo Restaurant & Bar

We stopped by for our first visit today. Staff is super friendly, even though the place was really busy. They have a huge menu with an amazing selection of choices. We ordered three dishes and loved each one! Looks like it would be a fun place with the billiards tables and darts on the weekend as well. The bar is beautiful with a huge selection of cocktails and draft beer. My only complaint is that we didn’t find them sooner. Come for the food and stay for the fun! Love the decor so much as well \m/

I am amazed at the food quality coming from a sports bar setting. I can't find anything on the menu that doesn't challenge some of the more focused restaurants around town. The spaghetti and meatballs are better than any Italian restaurant I've been to.

Great bar with delicious breakfast! We had eggs benedict and the chicken fried steak skillet. Cheryl was amazing with her service and so friendly! The food was absolutely delicious! Best eggs benedict I've had with plenty of hollandaise sauce. I'd love to eat there again with their non breakfast menu too!

Have only been here on Sundays for brunch/lunch with friends and we all love it here! Great pub menu and serving sizes!

2nd time eating here. It is always amazing but a bit pricy but so is everywhere else why I'm learning to cook lol...but overall its really good. My daughter and wife went with me and they loved it too. Second time just as great. The menu has Italian, Mexican and burgers and whatnot so a vast variety of choices if your not feeling just burgers. I had tye calzone it was really good. Didn't even need the sauce with it. I had a IPA and the Mrs had a gummy bear raspberry flavor.

We came on a Thursday night to get some dinner to go . We were there maybe 15 mins never got acknowledged. Agreed it was football night but at the same time staff your establishment correct and be ready for it to be busy . Someone moved from a seat at the bar so my wife and I grabbed it hoping we would have better luck at the bar . We finally waved someone down at the bar the same ones that walked past us 15 times already.. we got our Togo order in service was so trash we didn't order anything to drink while we waited.

Food was good and it was prepared with care. The place was clean and well organized by all who work there...it shows. Everyone who was there appears happy and well served and a nice place to get out of the house and watch a game and get some food that is above expectations.....the food has flavor. Legitimate establishment. No riff raff

I enjoy coming to Il Asilo to watch my Cowboys games. They have great service and the owner is awesome. Bartenders are great too. Thanks for being open early so I can watch my boys play. Y'all rock!!!

Absolutely love this place!!! Owner is great, super nice with an edge! Great food... even their occasional Toscana Soup was better than OG!! Darts, pool, fussball and Lots of TVs. Great people and fun crowd to watch sports with! Stop and see all the art and artifacts all over the restaurant and please be sure to buy some swag!!

Out riding and saw this place for lunch. Surprised that it was a lot nicer inside than the outside represented. A great place to bring the family for a meal. A few games for the kids to play while the adults play on one of two pool tables or watch one of many TVs. A full bar is the center of the restaurant while the outer circle has pleasant decor and seating. The meatball sub was delicious and I’ll be sure to come back to try the rest of the menu with my girlfriend soon.

Don't let the outside fool you, this place is awesome. Great food and servers. Pleasantly surprised

We went because of the good reviews... when we walked in, we almost turned around because we wanted dinner, and the place looks like a dive bar... but we stayed, and I am VERY glad we did, the service was very good and the food (enchiladas, fried squash, and some more stuff I don't remember) was PHENOMENAL. I'd go again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend it unless one is trying to be fancy

Doug (the owner) was great and even though they were extremely busy he took great care of us and got us out drinks and our food promptly! The food has been great every single time we have gone there. The drinks are always really good as well. The bartenders take great care of the people who go there. We will continue to go there regularly! Thanks to Doug, Ashley, Sean for taking wonderful care of your customers! You guys rock!!!! Great local bar but awesome food for those visiting also.

Is it a goth bar that hasn't figured out it's actually a sports bar full of sexagenarians, or the other way around??

Had an excellent experience. Much better than last year. New fresh amenities. 3 servers on a non-nfl Monday. Expanded menu. Food was excellent. Bit of redemption for this place...been going there 30+years, it's as good as it was when Accac Family 1st started.
