Absolutely amazing and breathtaking! Such a memorable experience and so many amenities!! Amazing stay along with an amazing bar. Absolutely beautiful and private beach ❤ highly recommend. 2 minutes by car to the downtown.

One of the best hotels we’ve visited in the US. The services, including room service, in-room dining, and general staff attitude are on great European level (speaking from experience).

We’ve got a spa room for entire weekend and had a great time. We will certainly return here during summer months.

Wonderful room. Decent breakfast buffet. Dinner in the evening needs serious improvement. They tried hard did meet the MARK‼ DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE! If you go to the tavern or bar, GET THE BRUSSEL SPROUTS!

Chatham Bars is a gracious old inn overlooking the water in Chatham. We really enjoyed our time here. Serrvice is excellent, location amazing and the food is top notch. The property is pretty expansive, so your room may be in the main inn or it may be in one of their houses overlooking the water. We stayed in room 432 and our only minor issue was the bathroom. There is absolutely no bathroom shelf space to put anything on. Toiletries, toothbrushes, razors and grooming all have to be kept in your bag on the floor. The tile in the tub was also chipping and popping up in places. All those are minor complaints, but when you're spending over $800 an evening you expect close to perfect. None the less it is an amazing location and an amazing property.

We were gifted two nights in a cute little cottage down by the water. The place was clean and cozy with amazing views of the water. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone visiting Chatham!

The Chatham Bars Inn is the epitome of luxury in a cozy Cape Cod way - the entire staff is eager to please and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The food at Sacred Cod is inventive and always well executed and changes seasonally. Rooms are well appointed, right down to a BOSE radio to wake you in the morning. The grounds, in particular, are impressive and beautifully arranged - again, with seasonal touches. If you happen to venture there in December their festive holiday decorations are not to be missed! An overnight stay will leave you wanting more!

It rained the entire time we were there, but it didn't detract from the beauty of the hotel and surrounding area. The town has great shopping and for a special dinner/evening, there is no place like Cuvee.

Beautiful, gracious resort on the Cape. Meticulously maintained and not a single detail or amenity is missing. Special mention goes out to their IT for flawless strong resort-wide WiFi coverage.

Just got back from a birthday getaway trip and have nothing but great things to say about our stay at the Inn. Everything from the valet to front desk, room, food, decor and service were top notch. We stayed in Beach Cottage 371 which had incredible views of the ocean and was well appointed. Loved the complimentary car service into town. Make sure to call weeks in advance for a spa appt. The charm of CBI during the holidays is not to be missed.

Cape in a nutshell. Beautiful views, amazing staff. Just a great place to enjoy the drink. This place for sure must be in your list when you are in cape. I make it a must to be there. The bartender was really sweet and made our experience even better.

We had a great stay. Came in for one night for a work function and wished we could have stayed more. Very clean and professional. Staff was attentive to all our needs. Thank you!

Just stopped by with family to have a cocktail and clam chowder on the sandy area below deck bar. Had the kids so it was better to be where we were. Great environment, chowder was excellent, our waitress Jenny was outstanding. Kids could play and walk to beach area as well. Some outdoor music would have been nice. Great place to relax with friends and family but bring your $$ as nothing is inexpensive here. Still a must experience if you visit area.

Long a fan of this historic inn, I was able to stop by there with my family this weekend for some snacks and cocktails at the Beach House Grill and was amazed with the new menu items and service! Val at the bar was very responsive, courteous, and attentive to us even when there were three rows of patrons waiting for their drinks and dishes due to it being the nicest day of the year. Can't recommend the the lobster nachos enough, we even took them home and enjoyed the leftovers a few hours later! If you're looking for an authentic Cape Cod experience that celebrates the rich history of Chatham and the outer cape, this is where you should be coming every season. Gary and his team continue to hit it out of the park with this wonderful property, we'll be regulars!

Great location, both the main bar and the beach bar. At the beach bar we were able to enjoy our drinks with a table directly on the beach, great views and our kids were able to play in the sand

Spent at lovely Sunday afternoon eating at the Beach House Grill and 10/10 suggest. The service was impeccable, the food and drinks were phenomenal and the place was lively as can be. The attention to detail was standout and the property is stunning. It was my first time visiting Chatham Bars Inn and it will not be my last!

A very beautiful and romantic location. Every detail is tended to by an eager staff member. There was some minor deferred maintenance but I only bring it up because it was in contrast to the perfection.

Beautiful grounds, incredibly helpful concierge & it’s right on the beach & a short walk from downtown. The first night we stayed in the main inn which was nice, but we were in a room with no view except for the roof. There was a strange loud noise that kept going on and off throughout the night.
The rest of the trip we stayed in a beachfront cottage which was lovely. The view was amazing & serene, and we were blessed with wonderful weather. The one thing about our cottage was that the lattice was beginning to show wear and was a bit loose, a little scary to lean on, and the deck needed painting. The decor, beds & bathroom were lovely. We wanted a low key, quiet family vacation and CBI delivered. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing weekend getaway here, the customer service is absolute top notch and everyone we came in contact with went above and beyond. Being in the customer service industry myself I was extremely impressed! The location can’t be beat and it’s only a few minutes walk into town.
The only negative was our room Size- we stayed in the Main Inn, the room was super clean but very tiny for almost $800 a night we were expecting a little more spacious room..but we know for next time.
We will certainly be returning!

Our recent dining experience at CBI's Verandah for dinner was exceptional. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the views of the ocean and sandbar set the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience.

The menu at The Verandah has incorporated local, fresh ingredients from CBI's own farm and is a treat. The service was impeccable. CBI should be at the top of your list as it truly is Cape Cod's most beautiful address and best hotel.

Our selections for dinner at The Verandah -

To start:
1. Hummus with olive jam, shatta, herbs, farm vegetables, and pita
2. Gioia Burrata with tomato varieties, smoked sunflower seeds, purslane, and vidalia onion viniagrette
3. Heirloom beets with strawberry gel, almond, mint, and goat cheese

Mains:
1. Green Circle chicken served crispy milanese, with pesto-potato puree, lemon aioli, and confit tomato
2. Lamb noisette with cous cous, citrus, mint, fennel, and castelvetrano olive

Dessert:
1. Olive oil cake with blueberry, elderflower, and mascarpone
2. Yogurt panna cotta with watermelon, balsamic reduction, and farm botanicals

Had lunch here with my son and family, it was exceptional. Fresh food that we got quickly, even when they were very busy. Best view in Chatham, valet was very nice and provided great service. Will be back.
