Tina from Roadrunner Florist helped me with a gorgeous bouquet for my Father who was in the hospital. I was a little nervous ordering from out of state, as I live in Seattle. I had no need to worry as they not only put one of the most beautiful arrangements together, but charged a reasonable price and delivered quickly and when they said they would. I am very happy with both the product and service! :)

I've used Roadrunner multiple times and they have done a fantastic job each time. The arrangements are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and they are FAST! I'm my own worst enemy with planning and have forgotten several occasions until the last minute, and Roadrunner has always delivered great stuff in no time at all. Thanks especially to Tina for helping me out a few times now!

Tina went above and beyond when I accidentally ordered a bouquet of all Birds of Paradise (which have to be sent in from Hawaii!) but she was able to adapt the order to meet my wants with a gorgeous, colorful bouquet. She responds promptly to personal emails and their website it great for ordering JUST You want! Lots of choices of bouquets from type of event to type of flower. A pleasant experience all around! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

The best florist customer service ever! I called to have flowers delivered from Colorado to my granddaughter in Arizona. Not only were the flowers beautiful, I asked if they can bring an apple as a teacher gift, with the flowers and they went out of their way to do that. So grateful, thank you Tina for the great customer service.

A friend of mine surprised me with a gorgeous rose bouquet for my birthday with a gift card, but Tina, who delivered the flowers didn't want to leave it on my porch because of security reasons. She wasn't able to contact me, so she mailed it on Saturday and it arrived on the following Tuesday. Tina's thoughtfulness and professionalism is 5-diamond, 5-star and when you need to order anything be sure to get them from this store. Tina, her staff, and flowers are AMAZING!🤩

Excellent customer service. Wasn't sure what to expect .waited almost to last minute. Ordered around 1am needed it delivered same day.they pulled threw.informed in a timely manner, from start to finish. Very satisfied. My strong point was local American business .established many years

I spoke with the owner Pamela she was so helpful and accommodating.
A couple hrs later I received a photo from Tina of the arrangement they created...it was beautiful!

Another Update: My mother likes Tina's flowers so much that she placed her own order recently. She was very pleased with the flowers, the delivery, and is just as happy with Tina and Pamela as I am. Wonderful ladies and very lovely flowers!

I have been a customer of Roadrunner Florist for over 20 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my gifts. They have come through for me time and again without fail. Their bouquets and other gifts are top notch and always delivered at exactly the right time (even though I always call at the last minute). The service that Tina gives is very personal, I can just tell her what I am looking for and she figures out the right gift to send and is always just excited and proud as I am about it. She takes care of everything for me! Tina demonstrates time and again the benefits of personal service from a small floral shop versus ordering from a big conglomerate; she is such a pleasure to talk to, very patient while I make up my mind and is always excited and proud about her products. I live in another state and never have to worry about delivery or anything else. This last time, Mom preserved the flowers because she thought that they were so unusual and lovely. I've used Roadrunner twice. I'm really picky! They create the most beautiful arrangements. So different than your average florist. Both times, they worked with me on the specifics of the arrangement, got it there on time, and communicated with me via text, which I though was a nice touch! They are my number 1 go to florist now.

Ordered a smiley face bouquet for my friend who just had hip surgery. It looked even better than what showed on the website! This is the second time I have ordered from Road Runner, and they gave top-notch service each time.

Wow! What a great experience! I am out of state and when i called the florist, i was blown away by the friendly way in which i was able to select an arrangement! Within half an hour the arrangement was already being delivered! I was texted a photo of the arrangement and was very happy with the cost and the ease of transaction! Ordering sight-unseen is always a little concerning that your arrangement will please the recipient. I ordered a Bee Well Soon banquet late on a Friday thinking it wouldn't arrive until Monday. I received a call from Tina that delivery would be today (Saturday) and she wanted to insure someone would be home. Later, I received a text message from my sister that the flowers arrived for my mom and that the arrangement looked amazing and smelt wonderful. She sent me a picture and I totally agree. Roadrunner Florist has personalized service and really care about making their product the best. Kudos to their team. I will certainly use their services again!
