Beautiful place before it offered more distractions for the elderly,But it's still a safe place, most of the residents are very friendly and take care of each other.

Great place.. I've been here going on 11years.. It's been great getting to know all the wonderful people over the years.. I highly recommend this place. Come on and join our community.. ☺.. The pool and spa are sparkling and quite exceptional

I just purchased a home in the park. I love the park, it so clean& well groomed. The staff are great and it sooooo quiet. It's awesome! 55& up Park after being here for a year now I have a bit to cancel my review. They raised my lot rent&if they continue every year and I'm not allowed to put up a fence for my dog, even though some residents have a fence for they're dogs. So now after open heart surgery I can't walk my dog. Manager doesn't care. Ferrel cats are allowed to run free, yet we have been told our dog always have to be on a leash. Cats are all over here, going under my trailer, breaking my sideding, yell at night. Most of dogs in the park hate them, just like my dog, they're allowed to run free, not fair to tenants

Great places to live for people 55 age or more

I have several friends who live here who I visit. The grounds are always well maintained, the people are friendly, I have only good things to say. I am age restricted at this point, but looking forward to being old enough to move in!

Love living here! Nice people and great neighbors as well! The grounds are always kept up nicely! The managers Tim and Judy are awesome! We are close to Everything we need.

I've been around for awhile. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It's clean, I've met some really nice people. The mountain site is extremely beautiful and the pool/ jacuzzi heated all season round. I wanna live here.

Very friendly and helpful people. From the first visit, we were impressed by the overall cleanliness of the park, and the apparent pride owners took in their spaces. We have since decided to move here, and those initial impressions continue to be reinforced. This is a nice place to live.

Great place to visit. Management is awesome. Friendly folks and great amenities. Food truck on Wednesdays, gorgeous pool/hot tub, amazing club house. Community garage sales, social events, monthly breakfast in the clubhouse!

I stumbled upon Holiday Spa while driving on Cave Creek Rd and drove in to see what was here. What a nice surprise. We have the Phoenix Mountain Preserve as a backdrop and wild birds and quail who visit regularly. I've lived here for 10-years now and love it. It's a hidden gem.

My friend was in the hospital when he asked me to help him find a place in there -the one I found for him had a bid on it - it was perfect for him so I told them to please call me if something happens. They did & he got it - I drive around there a lot to give him rides to the store etc & I have met the sweetest nicest people ever ! The staff was so helpful to Me & to him as he forgets to do certain things at times :( If I didn't have a home & could pay the lot fee I would live there in a heart beat * such a sense of community there !!!

I have lived here since 2007 and love it. Some of my favorite hiking and mountain bike trails are right outside my back door. I know all my neighbors and have the sense of living wirhin a small friendly town, while nestled inside the big City of Pboenix.

Park is so clean even though it hosts older mobile homes. Great amenities and activities. The pool and hot tub immaculate. The staff welcoming. The residents were like a family.

Great place to retire. I have been there for nearly nine years and the place is growing on me. There's a lot of wonderful people and a lot of activities for someone that wants to stay active

New manager is excellent! Community policing and cleanliness shows. Great pool/whirlpool and community center. Laundry facilities and community events.
