Absolutely stunning flowers and the best price. Thank you for designing such beauties for my motherinlaws funeral. My father-in-law was very pleased. So many compliments.

Bought loose flowers for a birthday arrangement, and it came out beautifully. They were very helpful and when we asked for Lilies and Morticia Addams like arrangement they knew just what to offer. Red roses w/ the tips sprayed black and white roses with the tips sprayed red with purple carnations.Very happy with their work.

We walked in 1 hour before closing, the day of the Homecoming dance. We were hoping to pick up a corsage, not realizing we should have pre-ordered. Teen boy disappointment...

Back up plan activated...we would just get a small bouquet, so he would at least have something to give his date.

But the owner had other plans. She started gathering supplies and asking about dress colors. In 30 minutes, she made one for us, totally making his day!

Her work is beautiful and the flowers are gorgeous. This picture does not give it justice, you're gonna have to trust me on this.

Great Customer Service, Super fast, and pretty good prices for delivery. Would recommend to family and friends. I ordered my bouqet at 2pm and it was made, ready, and delivered by 3:40pm. EXCELLENT job by these florists.

We got our wedding flowers done through Payne & Morrison and were so pleased how they turned out. I met with Tracy, gave her some photos I liked that I had found online, gave her some color swatches and she did a beautiful job! We had silk flowers done and they found beautiful, realistic flowers, berries and leaves to use. I love that since our flowers were silk, I can display my bouquet and in my home now. We also reused some of our cake flowers to decorate in our home as well!

This flower shop has been the best in town as long as I can remember. Home made fudge in the winter, such a loving family friendly shop. Very classic and timeless and the arrangements are just beautiful.

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect.... Wanted to 'do it up' for our 37th anniversary.... I did not expect this - quality and presentation - my whole house smells so good right now. My wife's coworkers were a bit envious to the point of being a bit snippy. Beautiful. I have found my florist.

I have been buying my flowers here for all of my special occasions from birthdays to anniversaries to funerals. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The quality of the flowers has always been amazing. The deliveries have always been on time. I have been a customer since 2018.

I had an amazing experience with this florist. Tracy helped me out getting exactly what I needed in order to be able to make a spectacular wedding cake. Will use them again.

My bouquet, corsages, & boutonnieres came out AMAZING!!! the colors of my bouquet really stood out with my black dress!!
They are quick with replies, super knowledgeable & they made my dreams a reality! They were also able to work around my budget & still put together exactly what I wanted.

I have been in Phoenix for several years and have tried different shops for different things trying to find "My" places. Payne & Morrison Florists is officially my flower shop. I went in expecting another over priced under impressed experience and couldn't be more satisfied with the great pricing friendly service and of course beautiful flowers. My wife was so happy. I wanted to leave this review on behalf of my mom who picked up a corsage here for my brother’s senior prom. My mom said Veronica was very attentive to detail of what my mom and my brother wanted to present for prom. She ensure it was exactly what we wanted and it was beautiful!!! Don’t go anywhere else for prom flowers, THIS IS THE PLACE!!

Absolutely love this place I will be going back from here on out. They did an amazing job on the flowers for my son's homecoming dance.

I live over a thousand miles away. I'm not familiar with the florists in Phoenix. Payne and Morrison was reccomended to me. I can't begin to tell you how thrilled my aunt was when she got the bouquet that I ordered for her 94th birthday. She had a terrible fall (causing a brain bleed) which led to ICU and then a rehabilitation center to help her walk again. I explained this to the florist and she promised to make her arrangement very special. It was everything I had hoped for. They cheered my aunt up. She said she was even able to stand on her own. She focused on her beautiful flowers.

I ordered the Autumn Cross Garden arrangement for my mother's memorial service and it came out beautiful! It was also delivered on time and just as I wanted it. I also used another florist for other flower arrangements and they didn't do so well of a job. Next time I know better and will only use Payne and Morrison. Plus, they are also local and staff was super knowledgeable and friendly.

They did great job surprising my wife at work for our anniversary. Kelly and her staff went out of their way make wife feel special . The flower arrangements was set up as fall colors it came out so beautiful I wish I can send you pictures THANK YOU KELLY and your staff. I will by my next Flyers from Kelly again

I needed flowers for my Mother who is lives in Glendale in a care home. I was looking for a florist that was close and remembered after I ordered Payne & Morrison has been there since I was a child, we use to go there all the time. I called today to make sure my mother's card was in large enough font for her to see and they were great about it. That was the point I remembered them from all those years ago. Since I live out of state I was no sure who to go with and last year I went with on that was good but could not see an example of what was being sent. Now I know to go with them from now on. Thanks for great personal service, because they were willing to hand write the card in bold black for my mom!

Absolutely wonderful service. I came in antsy expecting a high price for only a few flowers, but they totally took care of me! They made me a bouquet with the exact flowers I wanted! The color arrangement was absolutely spot on! My girlfriend throughly loved the flowers (and the homemade fudge) for our first year anniversary and I enjoyed the exceptional price!
