I have never had anything other than a wonderful experience with regard to courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. I was fitted every time I walked in, and I had a full explanation of every thing I bought, and I had all my questions answered. The people working there were wonderful and I’m so happy to have this store in my community. I challenge everyone to find a better shoe store.

Best service I've gotten in a long time. They answered all my questions, measured my feet properly, and had a pair that fit perfectly. I certainly will be shopping here again.

I needed a new pair of sneakers for jogging. Ryan was really helpful in getting what was best for me, and he was very patient as he was also dealing with several other customers at the same time. He brought out a couple of options and checked to see if there were other colors that I might prefer, which I didn’t even mention, but I felt that he went the extra mile. I went for a walk tonight in my new sneakers and they were so comfortable!

They took the time to assess my feet and gait, and brought out 3 different pairs of running shoe for me to try, that all worked perfectly. Very knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite stores on Main Street in Hyannis is Hanlon Shoes. They have the best selection of footwear, especially running and walking shoes, but they carry so much more than just athletic shoes. There are dress shoes, clogs, flip flops and slides, and all the peripherals you would need.

Then there’s the staff there. They are there to make sure that your feet are as comfortable as possible, and will even host running events throughout the years to get people running together. But it goes beyond that, they will get to know you and build a relationship with you.

The staff at Hanlon's goes above and beyond ones expectations! I’ve been buying my walking/ running shoes from this establishment for the past 4 yrs. They are always courteous and knowledgeable on the type of shoe that will work for you. Just yesterday I called to order a new pair. I wasn’t able to pick up the order so I asked if they would mail them out to me. To my surprise they offered to hand deliver them as one of the staff lived in the same town as me. I not only received them that evening but they also saved me the $10 it would have cost to mail.

Justin was very kind and knowledgable. He was very helpful in finding me the best shoe to fit my needs. The shoes were very reasonably priced too! I always try to support local businesses and these guys make it easy with the excellent service they provide.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SNEAKER STORE ON THE CAPE OR ANYWHERE!! I was a professional soccer player and my ankle is still in terrible shape and will need surgery. I've been wearing 10 1/2 sneakers. I entered the store, and immediately was greeted by an genuine interested expert. He measured my foot and low and behold I am now wearing size 12, I also bought shoes and for the first time in years I am not walking with a limp and playing more pickleball than I could have imagined!! THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME AND BRINGING ME BACK!!!!!

I needed a new pair of shoes, and so I Google searched some good shoe stores near me, I found this one. And all I have to say is excellent service! Walked in, and immediately was helped with picking out the right shoes for me. I was asked to remove my shoes, roll up my pant legs a little bit just above the ankle, walk down and back an aisle, and then the representative grabbed two pairs of shoes. The second was a perfect match for me. I have never seen such service before A+

Bought a pair of work boots but didnt fit well for my job. Called the place and the owner waited for me at the store after 6 pm. Helped me and gave me a discount on the other pair of boots I wanted. Great store, great staff! Will buy only from them now on.

I recently went to Hanlon Shoes to check sneakers and to buy some New Balance sneaker laces. The store is well stocked, clean and organized. The staff is friendly, excellent service and they listen well. Prices are moderate, some shoes are inexpensive, some are priced for high end value. I felt extremely comfortable. A full service shoe store not associated with a mall or strip mall is a welcome change. Located on Historic Main Street Hyannis across from the Post Office, Hanlon Shoes is easy to find.

What a great store! Very knowledgeable staff, something you just do not get in shoe stores anymore! We try to shop here everytime we come to the cape . Lots of parking in the lot found around the corner and right behind store.Quality Quality shoes & I often find fantastic bargains when they have a sale . Love my Lola Sabbias! See you next year!

These people know more about my feet than my podiatrists! Don't get turned off by the sometimes messy look of the store, it's the service and shoe quality that counts. Hey, the fastest I run is to get to the other side before the light turns DON'T WALK but I buy everything here!

Called to see if they had a specific shoe available in their inventory and they did not. Most places wouldn't have hesitated to hang up after answering my question. The gentlemen was able to give great informative advice over the phone and that says alot! Looking forward to visiting their store in person.

Best place in the world to buy work boots..kevin the owner and the staff are the coolest, honest people around..i bought a high end work boot in july and i felt a lil water getting in the boot at my toe..i called the shop to see if i contact the maker of the boot or them to fix the issue! I was told to come in as soon as i can, as soon as i walked in the door the owner and another man was there to help me. They told me to take the boot off, they looked at it for a min and without one question being asked i was given another pair of the same hight end boot! We’re talking about a few hundred dollar boot being replaced no questioned asked! I will never wear another boot and i will never shop at another shop except this one! He could of told me to get lost, or tried restitching it but instead he stood by his products and replaced! Big up to kevin and the hanlons staff i appreciate it!
