In a pinch on July 3rd, 2018, they emailed me a copy of my renter's insurance policy which led to me more closely examining my insurance coverage overall. I was changing over ownership of a car to my son. I met with Sonia Borges. She was extremely helpful and informative and helped us through the process. She was so sweet as well.
