Excellent, as always! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Recently went in for maintenance on my 2015 Grand Cherokee. All service was performed accurately and within the estimated time. Chatted with my sales person while waiting and was updated on the new sales/service facility build out coming next year. Great dealership, have purchased several Jeeps here and will continue to come here for sales and service.

Had a great experience working with my salesman Dave Hamel on a custom order. He was very helpful and responsive to my many questions throughout the process whether it was via email, text or a quick phone call. His level of service has not dipped post the sale which is uncommon in my experience. I would highly recommend him to others.

Great dealership. I went at about 11am on a Monday to look at a car. David, the salesman, was able to pull the car around and get me on a test drive within 10 minutes. I was given a very fair deal on my trade. David took care of everything. I thought it would be difficult living in RI and purchasing a car in MA but I was able to drive my new car off the lot the same day. Would recommend, would purchase from again.

Great experience. They were able to offer the best price and some extra services. David Hamel is the best! His desk is right across the entrance. Super friendly, responsive, not pushy, and and the same time he was able to meet all the requirements to the car. Will come there to buy a car for my teen.

My experience was easy and care free. The young woman that checked me in was courteous and polite.Not sassy at all. She even went out of her way to get both the batteries in my key fobs changed, so I wouldn't have to go to parts after. She said about an hour and it was under an hour. This is the second car we've bought here and with the service we get from start to finish.....we will definitely be back.

I made the shift to First CDJR to trade in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and lease a custom order Ram 1500. It was the best decision! Despite inventory challenges dealers/manufacturers are faced with and delays that occurred as a result of shortages, the team at First kept me updated on the status of my order every step of the way. The team was always pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with from order to delivery day. Once my truck arrived I was able to finalize terms of my lease and drive away in no time at all. It felt effortless. As soon as my new registration arrived I was contacted right away, plates were on and the vehicle inspected in 30 minutes. The service department was friendly and accommodating, too. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone on the market for a quality vehicle and 5 star customer experience.

I have to start this review by saying my service in the beginning of 2022 was horrendous. I couldn't get updates on my truck, I had to show up in person to get it. Most of the requested services had not been performed and COVID callouts were blamed in a later phone call. The only reason I went here for service is the First for Life discount that came with my lease purchase.

My next service came up and when I called over to discuss it, I spoke with Ashleigh. I was told staff was new, things are better. I was reluctant but again the discount on service was worth a shot.

Ashleigh was available, responsive, helpful, and delivered everything we discussed, when we discussed it, for the price we discussed. I don't know what more you could really want from a dealership in that regard. This experience was night and day different than my previous visit and I will feel more comfortable returning for future services for more than just a discount.
