I had multiple appraisals done prior to hearing about Mr. Roof. However, I knew I was going to choose Mr. Roof from the first meeting. Eugene was very professional, and I could tell they were not over-selling anything. He put together a well-organized and detail-oriented contract. This was great to see as some of the previous appraisals involved a person just walking around the house and giving a price with not much of an explanation.

Mr. Roof handles business very well. They did an amazing job with the roof as I had purchased my home with a 30 year roof, so it was time to modify it. I now feel secure for the winter. I whole-heartedly recommend them. Eugene, Vlad and the front desk were all excellent! The workers on the roof were incredibly diligent as well.

Mr. Roof did an excellent job in replacing my old roof. My building is a mid-1800s structure with four layers of shingles dating bank to 1853. Their level of skill, hard work and efficiency was very impressive. Very thorough and professional in completing the job. And the pricing was very competitive. I am very happy with the new roof which is very aesthetic to the historic design of the house. Highly recommended.

When Eugene came to give me an estimate he was on time and very thorough. Out of the 3 estimates that I got, Mr. Roof is the only one who gave me a folder and showed me all the materials that they use. Eugene took the time to listen to my needs, explain everything to me and give me options. After receiving my estimate, which was 2 days later and very reasonable compared to the others, I called Mr. Roof to make an appointment. I spoke with Anna and she was so pleasant, funny and easy to talk with. Anna would either email me or call me to keep me updated on the whole process. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and the timely manner in which the job was done, they even came back on a Sunday to finish up. During the roof installation Vladimir would stop by and check on the crew. They also replaced all my wooden trim with PVC and installed leaf guards in my gutters. When the job was complete everything was picked up and gone within a day. When Vladimir came back to do his final check over with me he made sure that I was pleased before he emailed me my invoice. Mr. Roof reminds me of an old Mom & Pop business, where they put the customer first and make you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend them!

After many appraisals this is by far the most legit and reasonable one. My roof was replaced and it was done so perfectly in addition to leaving my yard so clean like nothing ever happened. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right even realizing a part of my home was not insulated and they insulated it !! Pleasant, professional and reliable company, from the sales person George to the owner Vladimir. The very best !!!

Called them to replace my aging roof. Got a quick and thorough estimate (which was more than reasonable compared to other estimates I received). They came, gutted my entire roof, and installed the new one same day. They were very efficient and kept everything clean afterwards.

Mr. Roof contacted me three days before the scheduled roof replacement and confirmed the day before. The crew of six worked for 12 hours and finished my home, garage, and screened in porch prior to a big rain storm that evening. They returned to finish my shed 2 days later. I had an issue with a slight leak during the big storm on Monday. I called Mr. Roof on Tuesday and as always was greeted by the receptionist who is always so lovely to speak to. She then contacted Vladimir who said he would be out that night to take a look. He showed up around 6:15 and fixed my issue right then. I was certainly not expecting them to come out the same day and fix the leak, but I am so glad they did as we are expecting more horrible weather Wednesday and Saturday. Thank you to all involved you are all very amazing people. I wish there was more companies out there like yours.

Oh my goodness, where to begin. The owner Eugene arrived at our house and gave us a thorough review and explanation of what our house and garage needed. He gave us a detailed description, paperwork, magazines with different shingle types, and an estimate that was way below the other 2 we received. Of course we signed up especially after reading all the wonderful reviews. The workers arrived at 7 a.m. on a Wednesday morning and worked till 7:30 that evening. If they took a break at all, it was a half hour lunch break. They never stopped working. They covered our deck and the sides of the house to make sure all the debris was contained. They did a lot of work on that first day. They arrived the following morning at 7 a.m. again and worked non-stop finishing up the new roof on the garage. They finished at noon and had completed a brand new roof for our house and for our garage. Our house is 118 years old so it needed a lot of new plywood. We were well-informed in advance this may cost a little extra but we were given an exact numbers and our final price did not exceed what we had planned. The workers were wonderful. They were very kind and personable and very professional. When they finished, they cleaned up every single piece of debris including every single nail. Neighbors have come by just to comment on the outstanding performance done by mr. Roof. In fact a few have written down the phone number of the company for their future projects. Best decision you will ever make, when it comes to responsiveness and courteous service. Bar none, best in the industry. As a matter of fact, I already have projects in mind lined up for Mr. Roof to complete this coming summer.

Mr. Roof was fantastic. I worked with Vladmir, he is one of the two partners who own the company. He was responsive, priced the job very competitively, explained the work that was to be done in detail and they performed all aspects of the project from securing the dumpster and permit to completion like a well oiled machine. The roofers came when they said they would and everyone knew exactly what to do from the start. They put in several very long days, were very courteous and worked really hard. Their roofing work was meticulous and they cleaned up the whole yard very well. After the project was done and the dumpster was removed, they even came back to patrol the yard to make sure it was spotless before emailing me the invoice and photos from on top of the roof. I honestly can't say enough about this company, they are excellent.

The process (siding installation) went smoothly. The foreman and crew were very good at communication with the homeowner, answered questions and provided updates daily. They worked hard and kept my property neat. Siding looks excellent. Vlad provided excellent customer service during process leading up to signing contract. He assisted with questions on materials to use, costs, pros & cons and samples.

Mr Roof competed my roofing project in a single day. It consisted off stripping and laying 22 square of new shingles, flashing and some new plywood. The team was fast and did an amazing job. They protected the property and cleanup was great when they were done. The price was competitive. I highly recommended.

Honest quality work for a very good price. Vladimir and Eugene are honest, hard-working, and show up when they say they will. Have known them now for about 10 years. They have done replacement windows at two of my homes, and I have always been impressed with their trustworthiness, the quality of the Harvey windows, and the quality of the service and installation. Have also been impressed with how neat their work is. As a Realtor I have referred them to many of my clients who have been equally as happy.
