Tony recently completed a roof, trim work and some siding for us and it came out great. I was a little skeptical of this company given all the 5-star ratings they have. But after having worked with Tony, I see why he gets so many good reviews. He does nice work and does it quickly. I highly recommend this company and would work with them again.

Tony was great to work with for our projects to install new gutters and replace two hard to reach skylights. He was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. The prices were very competitive and the work was top notch. He worked with me on scheduling since we're not always on the Cape and got the job done when promised. CC Home Improvement is a top notch firm. We just had a new roof installed. The owner delivered everything he stated prior to the project. The foreman was pleasant to work with and prompt. The setup and the cleanup was fabulous. Not a scrap left! We definitely recommend Cape Cod Home Improvement.

Tony Sivitski and his team at Cape Cod Home Improvement just undertook a roof replacement at my home. They were efficient, professional and exceeded my expectations. All work was completed in two days. They left the premises clean each day before anyone left the work site.

After receiving a couple of estimates we decided to use Cape Cod Home Improvement. They had completed work for our neighborhood who had been very happy with the results. We had them replace cedar siding that had been poorly done by someone else. It was a pleasure working with Tony. They completed the work quickly and well. All rubbish was removed and other than a brand new cedar wall, there were no signs of them having been there. Will definitely be contacting Tony next year when we are ready to replace the other exterior walls. Thanks!

Cape Cod Home Improvement did an outstanding job at my home. They replaced old siding on the back and side of our house and it went flawlessly. I was nervous because we have the electric meter and cable on the side of the house but they were able to replace all the siding in a very professional manner. In addition I had them replace our plastic gutters with aluminum and installed gutter guards as well. They showed up on time and worked continuously, sometimes with 7 people doing the siding. The gutters were done in a very efficient manner as well. It is hard to find good vendors on the Cape, who actually show up, and do quality work and these folks have it going on,

Tony adjusted his company’s busy work schedule to replace the leaky roof on our son’s house. His roofers were excellent and enjoyable to communicate with. They also did an excellent job of replacing shakes on our house. Quality work.

Wow, these guys were great. I arrived to the house and noticed roof shingles on the lawn. There was a gap in the roof open to the sky. I called them on a Saturday and someone was there with in a few hours! The repair was done right then. It was fantastic.

Cape Cod Home Improvements gave our condo association a fair and competitive price for the roofing job completed in November 2023. As the Treasurer of the association, a fair price was important to me. The work was much better than "fair". Tony's crew did an EXCELLENT job and delivered a first class product......on time and below our budget. Our Board of Managers was worried about the condition of our roofs as a prior Board made the mistake of roofing over the existing shingles. The CCHI crew evaluated the condition of the plywood sheathing as they removed the two layers of shingles. We had minimal extra costs during the job. The history of Tony's company is an American success story. During the project, we developed a trusting relationship. At the outset, he even tried to convince us that the upgraded CertainTeed shingle was not required. We respected his advice, but we spent the extra money for the Landmark Pro shingles. We are going to spread the word among the other associations within Ocean Edge. I recommend his company to all.

Tony picked up the phone immediately when I called and said he would have someone out to the house in 30 minutes to replace some shingles that had blown off from the current storm. I was skeptical, but thoroughly delighted when they showed up in that time! The team member went right to work, assessed the damage and quickly and efficiently repaired it. Responsive, professional and proficient!

This company did a fabulous and very professional job, completing the roof replacement on my home, garage and breezeway in just 3 days. Moreover, as the job unfolded, I realized I disliked the roof shingle color I had chosen. Tony worked quickly to replace the shingles with a much more attractive
color, at minimal additional cost to me. I’m very pleased with the result.

Cape Cod Home Improvement was awesome !! I called and requested an estimate for wind damage during the last storm. They were there within the next day, and provided a quote, via email, within 24 hours of that. This quote was very affordable and promised quick service. Once the weather broke, Tony and his crew arrived and completed the job within a few hours, and it looks great. They were able to match the old shingles almost perfectly (except for their age). They were cleaning up the yard as they moved along and you can't even tell they were there. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them and they were extremely polite and professional. Tony and his crew did an amazing job for us in Cotuit! Not only did they do an amazing job, but Tony was very accommodating for our timeline. Tony was honest and did only what was necessary and not trying to upsell us on a new roof. He also went above and beyond by bringing out some cedar shake siding for us for a small job unrelated to his business that enabled us to save even more money. Fair pricing, honest and great work!
