While I sit here I wonder why other restaurants can’t do this! Super clean, in front and back , super friendly staff (thanks Jennifer) Finally, extra amazing food, prepared by someone who obviously cares about what he serves ! Owner should be proud!

It’s a small place—I came here with a party of 7, and while we waited about 40 minutes to sit and we had to split, it was well worth the wait and the separation! All 7 of us enjoyed the food and agreed it was well worth the wait. I’m vegan and while the vegan options are limited, the Tofu Scramble was the best I’ve had in a long time! Several of the breads are vegan-friendly and all the butter is plant-based. The potatoes were perfect, not greasy and didn’t seem to be contaminated with bits of meat like the average breakfast place. Everything looked and tasted fresh. All the non-vegan dishes sounded incredible and it made me want to go home and create vegan versions. 10/10 would come back!

Hometown atmosphere. Old fashion comfort food with a unique twist. Wonderful presentation. A gem on Cape.

This was a neat little restaurant. But it is small. Chances are you are going to have to wait for a table. Service was excellent, as was the food.

The pancakes are so good by themselves there is actually no reason to add syrup. Enjoy them as they are, you won’t be disappointed. Scrambled eggs and sausage with their biscuit also amazing. Great atmosphere!

Food here was extremely good, just needed to be a little heavier on the seasonings on some things.

We got the biscuits & sausage gravy, coconut cream pancakes, blueberry ricotta pancakes, Not Your Mama's BLT, and the Deli Benny. Everything was exceptional, service was nice - instead of one waitress, we had 1 waitress and several runners that were right on top of everything. Also reasonable prices.

The fresh squeezed OJ is a MUST BUY! I don't even like orange juice, and I had 4 glasses of theirs!

Excellent brunch! Family-owned feel and friendly service. Homemade corned beef hash and Reuben was great, as was grilled blueberry muffin.. fresh squeezed OJ was a hit

We stayed in the hotel across the street and ate breakfast here- the food was amazing, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Wonderful atmosphere, and really just wonderful food. Fresh squeezed orange juice, best I’ve had outside Florida. Five stars, I’d give them 6 if I could. Stop in for breakfast, you won’t be disappointed!

I've never had a bad meal here; delicious menu made with love. Service is attentive and friendly. Their specials always sound so good that its tough to choose amongst them. They get creative - like a cornmeal waffle with barbacoa and cojita. Make sure to get a scone to go, they're wonderful. Wish they would expand to a bigger location because they're just so great!

Honestly, I have never had a better eggs benedict in my entire life. Truly iconic. The orange juice is sublime.

Update: I was visiting town again and we had to go back to Ann and Fran's. Everything we had was delicious. The orange juice is still sublime. We have decided to add this to our family traditions when we are on the cape.

We liked this breakfast spot in the Cape so much we went back again before the week was over. The breakfast dishes were great, and don't sleep on the bakery items! We loved their muffins and scones, and picked up a few extra to take home. The peach corn muffins and pumpkin scones were *chef's kiss*.

Picked this place because of the reviews and photos. Glad I did. It was one of the nicest breakfasts I've had in a long time. I ordered the steak and eggs. Made the way I requested, with home fries and toast and all was very good. French toast came with a small amount of fresh fruit, which was a pleasant surprise.
The atmosphere is quiet, as it is not the busy season, which I is a welcome. Total cost with coffee and a pumpkin scone with cream cheese frosting, was $38 + tip. I would certainly stop in again when in the area.

The BEST breakfast we had on the cape! A great buzzing little breakfast spot, with a wonderful menu of fresh options sure to please any group. The fresh squeezed OJ & coffee were phenomenal. We loved ALL of our food. Definitely a spot that’s worth waiting in line for, and the prices deliver on the value of the food. HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve been coming here as a visitor for years and I can not say enough good things about this restaurant!! (Not sure the use of my grammar is correct there lol) This is a small place and you usually have to wait a bit but it is totally worth the wait!!! This is our family’s favorite breakfast place on the Cape great service and great food.

Phenomenal, simple ingredients made well. Best coffee and breakfast in the area! Omelette was perfectly cooked and blueberry ricotta pancakes were on point. The blueberry compote was so delicious. Everything is made fresh to order.❤ Service was great too. Very cozy and kid-friendly.

Came up to cape cod for our honeymoon. Was searching for some yummy breakfast and got our wish. The food is delicious and the biscuits are mouth watering. Service was great! As soon as we came into the restaurant we were greeted and seated immediately. The food has a homemade delicacy and was very flavorful. We had the farm special and buckwheat waffle. We just had to order biscuits and are glad we did. I recommend this cozy restaurant to all. You eat well and the prices are great! Will come back!

Small little place but absolutely worth the wait. Delicious food and friendly, efficient staff. We got the last apple French toast on their winter menu and would drive back hours just to try their next season menu because everything was just that delicious!

This is an excellent choice for breakfast on the Cape. Timely seating, food was delicious and everything was hot coming out. The service was outstanding as well with Jennifer taking care of our food and TJ getting us comfortable with the seating. My wife loved the orange juice which was real juice. Overall wonderful experience.

Just a fantastic place for breakfast. I had the harvest hash with Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, cranberries and covered by micro greens and a poached egg with marbled rye toast. My wife had the grits with braised beef with pickled onions. Absolutely the bomb and so full. Do yourself a favor and go. We got right in but it can be slow depending on turnover.

Just delicious! Vegan and vegetarian options plus insanely good cold brew. I got an omelette because I’m basic but the tofu scramble was to die for. Wait was average for a cape restaurant in the peak season but worth the wait. Im still thinking about the cold brew… we will definitely be back here.
