CVS

My experience was very different from many others’ here. I was having serious issues with a different CVS after moving because my doctor had made a mistake that made it impossible to fill a med I really needed. The CVS pharmacy staff on County St answered my call quickly and were extremely helpful, polite, kind, and professional. They resolved my issue right. The pharmacist came to the window when I went to pick up my med and was lovely. Highly recommend giving this location another shot. They were great to me!

they can be frustrating but it's not the staff it's corporate. The staff always smiles and try's to get you what you need.

Kiana and Nayana were working when I needed assistance on printing a photo. The machine was down and they took the time to not only walking me through the process of loading the CVS app to actually printing it at their location. They are real asset to CVS.

I recently moved to the area and they have been very helpful transferring in my prescriptions and getting them ready well before expected. It’s a happy change, thankfully, because the CVS back home could take a few lessons from these people.

All pharmacies in this area seem to be short staffed. Be patient, they are doing the best they can.

Great staff

The staff up front is great. The pharmacy is okay but there is one pharmacy technician who has or had been there for years with no bedside manner.
