As a business owner myself, it is very hard to put your money and trust into another person. I discussed my budget for a tow truck with Ted. He was quick to respond even emailed me photos of all his inventory within my price range. I came down to his location and test drove a few units. I fell in LOVE with this 2017 international 4300. Clean solid truck, no leaks great shape and most importantly no rust!!! It was a little out of my price range and Ted was able to provide in house financing!! I have nothing but good things to say about Ted and his business I will definitely be back for another truck when I’m ready !!

Been a long time buyer because of great deals and mostly honesty . I’ve never met a honest salesman until I met Ted . 10 years of purchases and no regrets . Latest purchase was a beautiful semi he found for me . Fournier is always my first go to . 10 out 10 every time . Brian is a little shady though.

All I can say is Ted is a really good person I reach out to him about a rollback his communication skills was very good. When I flew in from the airport, he was right there to pick me up with no problems I will always purchase a truck from him and I would not go nowhere else. He sold me a really good truck 2017 Dodge Ram 5500 rollback perfect I am happy with it.

Working with Ted was a very easy experience he helped me getting a new pick up truck as well as a new dump truck outfitting them both with plows and dump bodies. He also went through the trouble of getting them Road ready. They have both been extremely reliable and I could not be happier. It very important to me that people that I do business with have respect for my hard earn money. And how that is showed is by giving service after the sale.
This past November my business suffered a lost when one of our trucks was totaled out by another motorist. After the insurance settled with me, I began the search for a replacement unit for the damaged vehicle. After searching high and low I came upon a Facebook add owned by Fournier Auto sales, and in the add I saw the truck that I wanted to purchase. I contacted the dealership to begin negotiations for the purchase of the truck. And after a brief conversation the deal was done. I made arrangements to fly my driver up to pick up the unit, Theodore the owner of the dealership was help in making sure my driver was pickup at the airport and brought to the truck. After my driver inspected the truck and found it to be just as it was advertised he began the 1,600 mile trip home. 1,350 miles into the trip the truck gave us trouble and we ended up having to tow it home. I contacted Theodore about the situation and with his response I knew I was in good hands. This truck is used and the purchase was as is, so there is no warranty no guarantees but when I told him what happen his exact words were “ I am sorry about this please keep me informed about the next move”. Well needless to say we sent the truck to the shop after having it towed home repairs were done and Theodore picked up all expenses. That truly service after the sale.

Theo handled the sale, the paint job and the lettering. We showed up with plates and put her to work. If your in the market for a commercial vehicle, give him a shout.

I can’t say enough great things about Ted Fournier and his staff. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler in November as a Christmas gift for my 16 year old nephew (with lots of help from my family). I mentioned that it was going to be a gift and a surprise. Without asking they provided one of those cool giant red bows and helped us add some accessories in preparation for the big day. We were also having a hard time finding a place to hide the Jeep and Ted allowed us to leave it with him until we could get it to my moms garage. The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful, honest, responsive and their customer service is top notch. I had a few minor issues after my nephew drove the Jeep for a few days and they addressed them and resolved them immediately. I have already started recommending them to my friends and family. I can say that I have been buying vehicles for almost 30 years and this is my first 5 star recommendation. It was a positive experience all the way around!! Brian is one hell of a guy. Very friendly, made the transaction very smooth sailing. I had to wait for the MV50 form (a week) but he was great with communication and got the car in a week. I cant wait to buy more cars from them. Rare to find dealers who care about their customers.
