Daniell's Septic Tank Pumping

I had a great experience with Daniels. Bobby came out and found my septic tank quickly and dug it up to have it emptied as soon as the truck arrived. The truck arrived right when Bobby was finished digging out the hole. Bobby also recommended I install risers on the tank to avoid another digging next time out. Cory was sent out immediately and installed the risers without any problems. All three men were professional and pleasant to deal with. Jackie was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Pricing was reasonable and affordable. Thanks for a job well done.

These people are great. I needed to have our tank located, pumped and inspected. Brad came out to do the work. He's a hard worker and very professional & personable. The company has always treated us right. They're good people.

Only giving a 5* because of brad! He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend. Now Bobby on the other hand was rude and tried to charge an extra 50 for nothing. Bobby didn't dig anything up.

They do awesome work! The 2 gentleman, Bobby and Corry, were very professional and nice. They got everything done timely and did great job.

My Septic was such a problem that the office jokingly called me the problem child and she was exactly right. Even so Corey and Bobby were tenacious and diligent, found the problem and resolved it successfully. I’m so appreciative of their positive attitude and excellent work.

Owner is great if there are any Issues. First Attempt Hand Digging but could not find our Septic Tank. Further Inspection needed with a Camera. Found it!👍

Needed a sceptic tank pump. Christina and Jackie were pleasant and helpful. I got an appointment for the next day. Raul was polite and took the time to explain what he was doing. He cleaned up everything after he was done. Very professional. Extremely happy with my entire experience. Definitely 5 stars.

I called on a Sunday and to see if we can emergency pump. I was told the earliest was Monday morning. The driver showed in a timely manner and pumped out our septic. Great customer service.

Called for a tank pump out and gave me a day available.
Couldn't give a time but tech Raul called 30min before arrival and did a great job.
Made sure tank was cleaned out .
Paid quoted phone price..no surprises.
Will use Danielle's again.

My wife and I had a septic system installed for a three bed two bathroom. Daniell’s septic went up and beyond to install the system. They under promised and over delivered. Holden and Jav are professional and courteous. We recommend their services!

I have Not been able to use my kitchen sink in over 3 months because it would just fill up and take for ever to drain, we tried snaking it, plumber came snake it NOTHING!!
But today a very friendly man in a Safari type hat came and SAVED THE DAY!! He was able to clear the lines so no more back up in less than twenty minutes time, he used the towels I gave him and cleaned any mess which was nothing much and politely said “ there you go mama your all clear now” WORDS TO MY EARS!! Then he ran water for a while plugged it up to then make sure it would drain and the other plumber never did that he just left. THANK YOU DANIEL’S SEPTIC I’LL BE SURE TO REFER YOU GUYS TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!! My FAMILY THANKS YOU TOO!!

The guy who showed up today was awesome. Worked very hard, and in addition to doing what he was hired to do (pump the septic), he got rid of two clogs in our pipes. Which was what we really needed; we can now safely use the water/plumbing again.

These people are excellent. I called them up this morning and they came out in the afternoon pump my tank and certified for our selling .

Highly, highly recommend these people. They are honest, reasonable and go out of their way to go above and beyond what they have to. It's hard to find a good business like this in the Bullhead city area.
