Staff was professional, efficient and courteous. Dr. Bernard was very empathetic about my concerns re: side effects of my heart medications. Took the time to educate and offer solutions. My insurance is Medicaid but it made absolutely no difference in the professional care that I received. One could not expect better healthcare!

Jennifer Cowan PAC was attentive and able to answer questions I had about my current concerns. She has already set a plan in motion and started working on getting tests done and search for the best possible treatments.

Great place. First time here, a bit intimidating but I had no reason to be uptight. The personnel behind the front desk was friendly, helpful, and her attitude was terrific. Very helpful with dispensing information and the procedures to follow. Dr. Ramza was very attentive to me and my situation. He listened and made recommendations based on MY symptoms. While he comes off a bit brusque, the man knows his stuff so it's a forgivable trait. I was with him an hour, which is unheard of today. The facility itself is clean and pleasant. I won't even worry about any follow-up appointments. If you need a cardiologist or a pulmonologist this is the place to go.

I visited San Juan Regional Heart Center on March 28, 2024 . We got there shortly before my appointment & though the office was full of folks, I was taken back for my visit about 15 min or so after my scheduled time which I thought was pretty good. Dr. Sandhu came in shortly thereafter & spent quite a bit of time with us. I was pleased that he didn’t make us feel rushed & I felt he was genuinely concerned & thorough. He advised he wanted to do a cardiac catheter to help my heart function better. My husband & I both suspected that’s probably what he was going to advise, so we weren’t surprised when he did. Anyway, the office was clean. The staff folks were nice, & even people taking other patients to their rooms greeted us so we both felt comfortable. The only thing that bothered me is they couldn’t schedule my procedure until April 29th which is very close to a month away. I really expected to be scheduled about 2 weeks out & I was pretty nervous about that even, but that to me was acceptable. I just didn’t want to wait so long & have something go wrong in the interim cuz I don’t feel well. But I’m sure others had to wait nearly a month for their surgeries as well. And I understand doctors are only one person. So I rated them a 5 because I couldn’t get the rating to display a 4.5.

Very busy when I arrived - but the front desk personal handled everything great & with patience & friendliness & things moved along right on time. Back staff was also very professional & friendly. Dr. Bidart was great & explained procedures & decision making to get the best possible information for that. He took his time & addressed the ?’s I came in with. Was great about letting me bring my friend into the consult as I have so much brain fog & forgetfulness on the Eliquis. Very Happy with my consult

I recently started seeing Dr Korah and he is awesome. I like that he takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions. And of course my breathing issues are getting better because of him. His nurse is nice and the receptionists are also. I didn't feel like I was just a number being passed thru. Everyone was professional and caring.

Doctor Sandhu is a great doctor.
He took time to explain things to me that no other doctor has.
His staff is kind and explained everything they were going to do.

Dr. Gabaldon explained everything thoroughly and spent time answering my questions in a manner I clearly understood. The support staff was professional and attentive. Impeccable service and attention to detail.

I really liked how I been treated there. The doctor and nurse as well the other staff make me feel liked I matter and important. Thank you for all your help.

Very comfortable staff and friendly.. The staff especially explaining everything about your medical appointment and work they need to do ..I appreciate and very thankful for the service they been provided since I needed the heart center service for my heart beginning in 2014.. The Dr was very professional and explained what he meant if I didn't understand. I liked his no nonsense attitude.

Efficient pleasant staff. Dr. G very informative and explains my records and areas for improvement. Some of my concerns relieved which gave me a much better future outlook. I am very pleased with San Juan Regional Heart Center.

Fantastic job.. I went in for an INR test.. they had me in & out quickly and were very pleasant. You can't do much better than that! 👍

Dr Gabaldon was prepared for my appointment and had studied all the results and was able to explain everything to me so that I understood it. He is very pleasant to talk to and I left my appointment feeling positive. Thank you Dr Gabaldon..

The office was clean, well organized and efficient. They checked me in ahead of time. I had to fill out two papers. I waited, I was called in at my appointment time. The Physician Dr.Sandhu was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. A pleasant experience! Thank you SJR Heart Center.

Dr kunar was very nice and honest. Some things were hard to hear but he lays it on the line for you. No sugar coating. I admire that. The whole staff was very nice.

I was welcomed with professionalism and hospitality while checking in at thr office. I felt Dr. Benard was thoughtful and professional.

The physician assistant Christine is very thorough and l really like her. Anastasia is going to be a great nurse one day too!!!

Very efficient practice. Staff is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bidart is patient and provides detailed helpful information. He’s a high level professional that engages well with patients.
