This should also be categorized as a coffee shop. Although the focus is wine and cheese, they do serve cappuccino, espresso and teas. I love sitting there, using their wifi, sipping cappuccino, and then having their gluten free broccoli cheese soup. Fantastic atmosphere and great choice of international music. Backyard is also great place to sit when weather permits.

The Brown Jug was a delightful experience for the pizza, ambience, service and drinks. We got the fungi pizza, cape cod blonde and Pinot noir which were all exceptional. The al fresco dining area was quiet, clean and exactly what we wanted. Overall an A+ experience and highly recommended!

Lovely shop. Serveral sandwiches that sre all pre made daily. Pizza oven on sight. Lots of little treats. A solid place to stop in for a quicl lunch. Good wine selection and plenty of casual seating out the back by the pizza oven. Lovely spot.

Crazy as it sounds, Sandwich, MA is named after its sister town in Sandwich, Kent in the UK. "Sandwich", meaning a market town on sandy soil - suits this neighborhood perfectly. There are three sandwich shops in the area and all three are beasts, but this, in my humble opinion, is the best of the lot. And I boasted that before their pizzas took stride. Now it's taking an almost insurmountable lead. Hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to choose, I'd go with the ham + brie. My Mrs. loves the veggie wrap, her Pappy the tuna wrap and her Mammie the beet sandwich. We're all over the place. But for a reason. They're all excellent. My recommendation? Get the sandwiches for lunch and the pizza for dinner. This place is highly regarded for a reason.

One of the loveliest and most fun places I went to on the Cape. A small deli store and café that also sells sandwiches, self made pizza and a delightful variety of beers. The small patio eating area is cosy and we had a great evening with wonderful food, beer and chatting with the guests as well as the owner. Absolut gem of a café!

The hospitality exceeded our expectations! The selection of wine/cheese was breathtaking! The outdoor bar and pizza patio was adorable! Didn’t have time to stay for the live music but it bet it was great!

Best coffee I’ve had on my holidays in Cape Cod. The cakes were fantastic too. Lovely place to sit outside and much down some yummies with the coffee. The hosts were very generous and kind!

Stopped in here to grab lunch at the beginning of my holiday exploring Cape Cod. Would've loved to purchse more as everything looked so enticing. Lovely staff, super helpful and very friendly. Really enjoyed hearing places they recommended I see. Enjoyed what I purchased so much I stopped back in for lunch again on my way back home.

This spot is such a gem! We stopped in to take a pizza to go, and stayed to eat because it’s just so lovely. The shop is filled with all the things you’d need for a fabulous wine and cheese outing - they have all the right provisions and lots of creative ones too. Out back there is a lovely terrace area where you can eat a freshly made and delicious pizza (socially distanced) while enjoying the aromas from the outdoor pizza oven. As if that’s not enough, just down the stairs is a hidden bar area with a great wine selection and cocktails for you to enjoy as you bask in the positive energy the whole place offers. It’s like a secret garden of fabulous. The owner was beyond welcoming, and the entire staff was helpful and kind. The best part for me and my hubby was they have a delicious gluten free crust!!! What a win!

This is the cutest little shop in sandwich. I feel like I’m walking into my local shop for the best selection of cheeses and wines. Delicious sandwiches. Snacks and more! Great place to make a beautiful cheese and wine basket or pick up a quick yummy lunch. The beet sandwich is to dieeee for! Check it out and support local!

Called ahead to grab some pizzas for the beach and the gentleman who answered the phone was sweet and cheerful. The funghi pizza was outstanding! If I'd done my research, I would've taken advantage of their wine selection instead of smuggling my own. My husband picked up the order and spoke highly of the service and charm of the space. We look forward to many return visits.

Their pizza is A M A Z I N G. Dang. Oh wow. It's CT style, very thin, crisp in places but not too much, and oh dang. their toppings. Soooo good. I think their sausage and red pepper is my absolute favorite, but I also very much liked their veggie, their margarita, and their plain. You can't go wrong, get anything!

Also, the shop itself is very charming. The owners are friendly, really made us feel at home. I bought a six-pack of their house ginger beer (also highly recommend!!) and it was their last. They offered to order me a case if I wanted more. And they have fresh Iggy's bread deliveries every day! You really can't go wrong with this amazing treasure of a store.

Fabulous place! Stopped off for lunch unexpectedly and the staff were amazing! A hearty northern British welcome. The sandwiches were amazing and even had proper tea! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
