I have used Schmidt painting for two exterior painting jobs over the last 3 years. In both instances, Derrick's crew was professional, responsive and detail oriented. It is obvious they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Schmidt Painting.

We had the exterior of our home painted about 4 weeks ago and can't say enough about the quality of their work. They painted, did all the trim work, replaced rotted trim, and oiled the decks. The workers were extremely neat and paid attention to every detail of the job. Derrick was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive when I needed to reach out to him. We will be using them to do the interior painting in the near future. I would highly recommend Schmidt Painting to anyone.

Schmidt Painting cleaned and stained the cedar shingles on the front of my house. Schmidt Painting is our "go to" painting company. We have hired them many times over the years. This experience was as Great as all the others. I've used Schmidt for several interior and exterior jobs over several years and was always pleased by their professionalism and responsiveness and with the quality (and durability) of their work. Most recently, when I had an expedited job, I called Derrick and within 24 hours had an acceptable estimate and schedule. Crew was punctual, professional and skilled, and I was very happy with the whole experience. Under the circumstances, Derrick could have charged a premium, but the price was fair and reasonable.

We needed touch up painting for the exterior siding, shutters and trim on a large house in Wellfleet, MA and the exterior trim on an art gallery next door. The timing of the work was important as the house is a seasonal rental and we had guests that were scheduled to arrive soon after the work was scheduled. Derrick and his crew did a great job and completed the work in the time agreed upon. The work was completed in May 2019 and the cost was $2,060. I would happily use them again and definitely recommend Schmidt Painting.

We hired Derrick to paint our tired looking kitchen cabinets. The price was much better than we expected. We also had him completely paint the ceiling and walls. We were not in the area during the process. When we returned , the transformation was astounding. Cabinets looked brand new. The room was spotless. I would highly recommend him for future work.

Although we initially had a number of minor disappointments with the job, Derrick was quick to address our issues and make us right upon learning of our experience. He clearly cares about his customer’s satisfaction and reputation in the community, which is refreshing to see. When all was said and done, our basement is beautiful and at a reasonable cost.

Derrick's team prepped and painted my large wooden deck and water sealed my brick stairs. They showed up when promised, did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly when done. They were also the lowest cost of estimates that I received from 3 different painters.

Schmidt Painting did an excellent job with our master bedroom! They paid attention to every detail…. They removed hooks and door knobs etc prior to painting and replaced all. This type of customer service doesn't happen often these days! I would highly recommend them!
