I am glad to have this opportunity to tell you about Bill Ryan. My husband and I first met Bill when we came to Cape Cod looking at houses in August of 2001, with a view to moving to the Cape after I had secured employment. Bill knew this. He knew that this was not going to be a quick sale, and he knew we were not in the market for a million dollar home. He was kind and respectful in manner, diligent and reliable in his task of finding us a home. He E-mailed us constantly with listings he thought might interest us. We picked out the listings we thought were possibilities through the Fall, allowing us to become educated about what we might find in our price range. We traveled to the Cape at the weekends, and Bill would spend the whole day showing us the houses we'd expressed interest in. He arranged a "line up' -- and we'd spend the day with Bill driving us from one end of Cape Cod to the other. In December, after I had begun working on the Cape, Bill found us our home. Bill Ryan is a man of integrity and a professional. I have recommended him to friends and work colleagues, and he is currently engaged in finding us a piece of investment property. I recommend him, as a Realtor, without reservation.

Questionable and unethical practices by their selling agents. We put in an offer on a home listed by Shoreland, and were told offers would be reviewed on March 8.

Instead, an offer was accepted on February 28. We were not contacted by the seller to let us know the status of our offer, and instead learned that the property had gone “pending” on Redfin. The Shoreland agent did not even have the courtesy to let our agent know.

We let other opportunities go to bid on a Shoreland listed property and they couldn’t even afford us the courtesy to let us know they had accepted another offer a week before their supposed deadline.

Home buyers beware they hire contractors to help them sell a house then never pay their bills. Did an inspection for Matt W. and its been over a year and still trying to collect.
