I know this, because after much consideration I chose Captain Frosty's for my first ever lobster roll. The staff member behind the counter was very helpful!

Overall, Captain Frosty's is a great place to go for a delicious and affordable meal of fried seafood. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the pricing is great, especially for Cape Cod. I highly recommend.

So fresh, I marked this place as another favorite spot for quick bites.
It’s easy to miss, make sure you are not driving too fast.

Don't sleep on Captain Frosty's. I tried several lobster rolls on The Cape and Captain Frosty's was the best. The onion rings are excellent. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. Fast friendly service...we will return. The outside seating is very nice as well.

I’ve been here a few times and have had a perfect experience every time! My mom and I have a tradition that the beginning and the end of summer, we come here to split a clam belly plate. The portion is huge and even comes with two clam cakes! We got extra cakes because we love them so much. We both were stuffed from just splitting this. So it’s perfect to share or have by yourself for dinner. We love our tradition and already looking forward to our end of the summer plate ☺

Such a great, cute little spot. Fresh lobster rolls, best ever onion rings and fantastic frappe’s. Highly recommend the stop - includes both inside & outside seating.

Captain Frosty's has a chill atmosphere and very delicious food at a decent price. We were nicely greeted by the store staff when walking in and they were very patient while we decided what to eat. After deciding to dine-in, they let us choose any seat in the restaurant and we chose to sit outside in the back dining area. Minutes later they had our food served right to our table. I highly recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat here; especially if you had a day of excursions and worked up a good appetite. As a bonus, feel free to take a cone or a frappe to go!!

One of my favorite places to get seafood on the cape! I came across this place by accident and I’ve been returning here ever since! I love the fried seafood here, but I always get the Grilled Scallop Bowl every time I stop by. It’s the perfect option if you didn’t want to eat something that was deep fried. There’s a ton of scallops and it’s a lot more filling than just fried seafood because it comes with rice and salad. I definitely recommend coming here even if it was just to give it a try. You can order ahead online if you don’t want to wait in the long lines

I've gone to Captain Frosty's for years as occasions arise. Frankly, the building doesn't impress, in fact it's easy to miss, but who cares because the seafood is why you stopped there. Consistently tasty seafood. This time I stopped for the fried clams. Due to supply in our world today they were small (you get more) and pricy, but worth it! They satisfied my clam craving. The people were nice and efficient. Best of all they are open past Labor day.

Excellent fried seafood along with great clam chowder and oversized lobster roll. Great place to get your fried fish fix while on the Cape. Finish up with a frappe or soft serve to complete the visit.

Excelent fish. My favorite is clam strips and onion rings. Everything tastes fresh. Reasonable prices, easy going casual place. Wasn't impressed by the ice cream, wasn't bad but just eat more seafood.

Food here is always good. We look forward to stopping here when we come out to the Cape. The onion rings are the best I have ever had and my daughter absolutely loves the clam cakes. She could get an order of just these and be happy.

Food came quickly, family friendly, generous portions, authentic Cape Cod feel, friendly staff, bathrooms were clean.

Tied for my partner and my number one fish and chips shop (he's British - it's competitive). The other one is in a parking lot in Alaska...

The fish was so flaky, crispy on the outside, fresh and delicious. I came all three days of our stay in the Cape Cod. We chose it on a whim (closest to Airbnb!), but dinner here then sunset at grays beach became the go-to for our trip! Sent my mom and brother to eat here on their trip too - they also loved it. The scallop sandwich - delicious too! Didn't realize I liked scallops until I had good ones - yummy!!

Just discovered Captain Frosty's a few weeks ago. What a gem! We had chowder, clam fritters, whole belly clam plate, and the salmon bowl. Everything was fried/cooked to perfection. We did have the strawberry lemonade for a beverage, it was quite tasty. The parking lot is not too big so in the busier times it will be hard to get in. You should certainly try, it will be worth it!

Best seafood by far, on Cape Cod! Iv lived here my whole life and at 59 can remember eating here as a child with Mum and Dad....it's always the same-Outstanding! Don't miss out...it should be a "must do" if here on vacation...

Captain Frosty's was an awesome roadside seafood joint. It's somewhat easy to miss traveling down MA-6, but I'd highly recommend stopping by. I had the cod fish and chips plate and they were near perfect: crispy on the outside but flaky and extremely tender on the inside. The "clam balls" were just as good as the fish, reminiscent of southern hushpuppies with a meatier flavor. Didn't get a chance to try the ice cream, but I cannot recommend their food enough!

Fantastic clam shack on Rt 6A in Dennis. We look forward to it opening every Spring as locals. Clam fritters are round and puffy with real clam bits in a crusty batter surrounding a very flavorful dough. Fries are tasty. Chowder is amazing and fried shrimp are small but not rubbery. Great for takeout - bags are ready on the counter or outside separate from the line for food. Ice cream has its own line so things move along. Picnic tables outside or knotty pine dining area inside. Hamburg is also very good with a unique roll that is almost sweet.

Always my first stop on the way to the Cape. The fried scallops are amazingly buttery and soft.
