If you're looking for an agent and live out of state wouldn't count on this group...especially J. Fallon. Found him to work with, traveled up to look at a house, put a respectable bid, was told offer not accepted with no counter, continued to ask J for status on the house & wasn't given a response then 1 month later see the house was sold and J was the buyers agent!!! He brought in his friend and sold her the house never mentioning anything to us. Very shady.
