The entire experience for this meeting was beyond my expectations. The nurse practitioner, Jennifer, is amazing. She was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and courteous! I felt so comfortable speaking with her and she took the time and patience to listen to all my concerns.

Jen was communicative when she had some free time to be early for the appointment which was great! She helped me with some new suggestions of how to utilize the products for my needs. Very professional and friendly! She made it very easy.

The providers are always so friendly, super nice and helpful. They take time to explain to you about different options available to you and are always willing to answer any questions you have. I learned about a new product today & was even able to get a discount on them. They are very flexible with appointments, I would definitely recommend!

I was initially apprehensive - first time on a medical video call appointment - but it went so well. Doctor Lynne was wonderful - kind and patient. So much easier than an in person appointment, which I appreciate.

Best place to get certified or to get recertification! Very helpful and friendly staff. They make your appointment very easy by letting you do video calls instead of physical visits if you want. All the information is emailed to you after you book your appointment for an easy pre registration then after your video chat they email you the steps to finish registration on the cannabis control commission website. I will always come back here for recertification.

They were extremely helpful in getting me setup. My provider was very professional, and I felt as though she understood and appreciated my situation. I would recommend Medwell to anyone looking for certification.

This was a great experience for a virtual appointment. It was not rushed by any means, the nurse practitioner was open to any and all questions or concerns I had and provided a way to reach out if I had any after our visit ended.
