Heather is the realtor who helped me find our amazing home on the Cape. She was completely prepared for us when we arrived for our weekend of home hunting. We saw a number of homes very efficiently because of Heather's advance work. She now manages the summer rentals for the property in coordination with airbnb. Her company is an airbnb Super Host which is a designation reserved for only the best managers/properties. I've been working with her and her team for five years now and couldn't be happier with them.

In 2020 during the early stages of the pandemic, she helped me find reliable tenants, and even managed the property for me. Heather has an established team that she has grown over 16 years in the business. We were referred to a wonderful home inspector who was able to give us next day service in a crunch. We also were having a hard time with VA financing and needed a local bank to find us a better rate. Sadly, the VA did not come through for us. Thanks to Heather, we were able to find new financing with a conventional loan and lock in at 4.99% in a time where the interest rates nationwide had ballooned over 7%. Heather is the best. She has helped me buy and sell more than half a dozen properties, most of them fix and flips but also purchasing an office for my business. She has consistently been diligent and complete in all aspects of the purchases and sales. She listens attentively to what you would like to see, and has amazing follow through. She goes the extra mile in every possible way while you are working together always above and beyond what you expect from her. She is kind, considerate, and a real go-getter.
She truly cares and wants her clients to be completely satisfied with their purchases and sales. She gets things done in a timely manner and has excellent follow-through. She is available for questions whenever you have them and is happy to make you feel like a priority.

Heather was very informative and she clearly knew what she was doing.
