I went in to a exchange these metal balls for my grandson's Marble Run game. As I walked into the store, I asked the man at the counter, Felix, if I could exchange these metal balls which my mom purchased here. Felix didn't think he sold them there but he asked the young man to help me and we exchanged these for the smaller size and it worked great. Thank you so much for your help both of you! Thank you Felix for your help. And the young man I wish I could remember his name. Both of my grandsons are very happy that these metal balls work on their game🤩

Well this was my fo-to Ace but now I'm strongly rethinking that.
We just left from there and left our items because the employees there where no where in sight. Customers where having to fend for their selves, tried looking for help but no one was around except the two at entrance who had to stay there.
Buy finally when we found an employee he comes to where we were but tells us to hold for a second then goes to finish talking with the guys he was talking to & it had nothing to do with ace.

I was arrested at this place for stealing only 27 dollars worth of stuff but now have to pay 225 dollars to court I can't even go back to this store or get arrested again I have to walk everywhere so this is the closest place this place sucks i use to come in here all the time to get things i needed its the only place that has the things i need for my place i need to walk to get the things and i cant walk anywhere else i have tried to explain but they have me traspassed so i cant go back

Nice people, easy in and out, Variety of products. Probably a little increase in price of some products but the ease of parking and size of store makes it a non-issue in terms of time saved. Money can be saved by buying products with the Ace Hardware logo.
