Communication prior to your appointment is well thought out and implemented. You are cordially welcomed into the office by their front desk person and the stress melts away. Their dental staff are pleasant and efficient. The dentist and dental assistant are well coordinated during surgery. Charges are reasonable. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the caring and professionalism of all the staff and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Medical and administrative staff are professional and very knowledgeable. They are the best at the many services that they provide. Pleasant and friendly setting. You will want to take Maisie, the therapy dog, home when you leave.

The women at the front desk are always helpful and friendly. I was a little late but they still took me. I went for a routine cleaning. The dental hygienist did a great job and was so knowledgable that she was able to explain something about the anatomy of my mouth. I was so impressed. Dr. Demarest examined my mouth and made recommendations. I’ve been their patient for several years and always have a good experience.

Dr Dearest and her team (including her sweet anti-anxiety dog Maisie ♥) are the best I’ve ever had at a dentist office! They clearly explain everything and are very much in tune with their patients anxiety. I highly recommend!

Finding a good dental group on the cape can be a challenge. For me, having suffered major mouth trauma at the age of 11 and now 70, I have nearly 60 years of comparative experiences. First, this is the first all women practice I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere is always friendly and caring. I am not the easiest patient to treat but Dr. Kelly Demarest is patient and understanding and you can have a frank discussion without judgment. I trust her to do what’s in my best interest and at my speed. The office is well managed and as a bonus there is Maddie the therapy dog to comfort you if you’re nervous. I would recommend this group to my own family and friends, and hope this is helpful to anyone looking for the right dentist.

Excellent care at Barnstable Dental Associates, entire staff including their cute service dogs, is highly patient oriented. Very welcoming and knowledgeable practice group. And they offer special services for patients who are anxious about dental procedures.

Always very thorough and the best I’ve been to. I am very anxious and nervous about dental work but Dr. Demarest and her team are the best! Dr. Demarest also offers sedation for some services and desensitizing for sensitive areas during cleaning. The best!

I chipped a tooth and was offered an appt within days. There was a new dental assistant training and the staff were so supportive. Dr. D. Fixed the tooth at this appointment, so appreciate that.

Great place! Highly recommend for clear correct/Invisalign. They always have great music playing and super clean.

A wonderful experience! I have TMJ and haven’t been for a cleaning in years! Every step was explained to me and made to be as painless as possible.

I got there early and I was take in early. Saw the dentist after xrays and hygenist was great. Hygenist was great and was gentle. Some can be too rough. But she was great!

Dr. Demarest and her assistant created a very calming environment, told me each step of the way what was being done; and I never even felt the 3 novocaine shots. The new bridge and fillings are great. The best part is I no longer feel that old sense of dread and fear around “going to the dentist!!”
