Wow! It's been a while since I had some good Italian food at a restaurant! Tomato sauce was on point and didn't tasted like canned cheap tomato sauce.
Loved it! Would definitely recommend and I'd go back!

Love this cozy restaurant. Get a booth by the window if you can. Potato crusted crab cake is delicious. Haddock Milanese and raviolis with meatball even better. Food, service and table were most enjoyable. Can’t wait to go back.

A cut above what you might expect in a tourist seafood area. A REAL Itilian Restaurant with home made pasta and sauces that are as flavorful as you might find anywhere.
The outside is not flashy but when you step inside this quaint small authentic restaurant you will understand why it is so hard to get a reservation. Plan ahead to make the reservation and treat yourself to a top notch experience.

Gerardi’s was on our list for over 2 years and finally made it, and it was worth the wait! Would 100% go back, and only a handful of Mid Cape restaurants are in that category for us.

Highlights of our early dinner:
- Our server, Dominic was friendly, quick and accommodating. We went with our menu choices, didn’t ask for any recommendations and he didn’t try upselling any specials or desserts once, which was much appreciated.
- Crab cakes were generous in size and unique in flavor and design with the crispy potatoes and sauce on bottom.
- Our 3&4 yo kids loved the meatballs and they’re picky so that’s an award itself.
- Chicken picatta was super rich while also very light with the crispy risotto on the side.
- Short rib pappardelle was rich with unique flavors (never had anything similar to it).

The place got super busy by the time we left but service kept up with the crowd, we didn’t experience less quality or longer wait times.

Should’ve taken some food pictures but we were starving. 😆

Dining with young children might get challenging as the restaurant has two single stall bathrooms. We didn’t have to wait once (lucky us), but I see how that could be frustrating with toddlers needing to wait for potentially minutes to use the restroom.

Lord knows how I love this place! Was there for a vacation - the food is amazing!! Me and my MIL love the seafood pasta with Parmigiana sauce, that was the special the first time we came but the chef made it for us the second time we went there - even though it’s not on the special menu anymore. I swear it’s unbelievably delicious!

We happened upon Gerardi's Cafe upon arriving in Yarmouth around 6:30 on a Saturday night. We didn't have a reservation and they were super busy, but they were able to fit us in. The restaurant does a great job of spacing everyone due to COVID guidelines and we felt safe from other people. The staff couldn't have been kinder. We ordered right away and the food came out quickly and was delicious. We even got a complimentary appetizer bite to enjoy while waiting for our meal. Topped it off with a hot shot of espresso! Definitely will be coming back when in the area again.

The food is absolutely amazing. Our server was attentive and helpful. You get free mini appetizers along with your bread and the portions are filling. They always have creative specials and a menu with lots of options. The dessert menu is not as varied, but everything is still delicious. I would definitely recommend making a reservation as they get packed and there is usually a wait.

The place was completely packed on a Wednesday in February (the off season)! That should tell you alot. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. A little piece of the north end, here on cape.

Best dining experience we have had in a while. Noelle, our server, was prompt and knowledgeable. The soup, with handrolled tortellini was delicious, as was the burrito caprese salad. For the meal we had haddock, and cappiletti- both excellent. We splurged on dessert- carrot cake and tiramisu. Everything was outstanding!

Espresso martini, bread with olive oil, chicken carbonara, all top-notch. I sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the mixologist at work. I'll go back with family and friends, especially since they can do a lot of their dishes GF.

Our favorite Italian restaurant (besides home). We've been enjoying Chef Diego's food for 20 years. Crab Cakes are insanely good. So many great menu items. You can't go wrong. We visit the Cape just to dine at Gerardis Cafe!

 What a beautiful evening at Gerardi’s‘s café in Yarmouth
Nicole was our server and made me an amazing Pain killer Martini my husband had a Bloody Mary he said was perfect!
Here were the appetizers:
 Warm Mushrooms and Roasted Beets Insalata;
Medley of mushrooms, sliced roasted beets, goat cheese, aged balsamic and truffle oil.
Potato Encrusted Jonah Crab Cakes;
Orange cognac and shallot sauce, house specialty.
We both had the Haddock Milanese;
Lightly breaded pinot grigio pan sauce, fresh herbs, plum tomato,garlicky baby spinach, parmigiano risotto.
An incredible adventure in dinning!
You have to try this place!
Can’t wait to go back!

What a great place to eat!
We booked for an early meal for four and shared two appetizers. Entrees were well prepared. We enjoyed fried clams, chicken marsala, chicken parmesan, sausages over gnocchi.
Staff were attentive without hovering.
COVID precautions in place.
Staff masked.

If you want Italian, this is the spot on the cape when you've had enough seafood, plus it was a rainy day and we were ready for some comfort food. I thought I had made a reservation, since I wrote it down in my phone notes, but maybe that was the plan. Anyway they didn't have the reservation, but we were lucky enough to get a table. Trust me, make reservations, as the place was slammed. Great cocktails, I'm a Manhattan man and they had Rittenhouse rye, the perfect Manhattan, usually only in the best steakhouses. Every other place on the cape has Bullitt. They also made a special vodka watermelon cucumber martini for my girlfriend, great service from the bar.

I went for the veal Parmigiano and my girlfriend had veal piccatta, both great pieces of veal, very tender. I forced myself to finish, my girlfriend took some of hers home. Very good meal. We had a nice bottle of wine, an Italian Tuscany that I recognized. Not inexpensive, but not the most expensive place we ate at the cape. Highly recommend it. Great service also, something that is getting rarer.

My husband, my child and I visited this place on our vacation trip.The place is fantastic. Our waiter was super friendly, I think his name was Dimitrio or something similar. He was always aware that we were okay. the food was delicious, my husband had veal chop and he said it is the best veal he has had in years. I ate chicken parm and it was delicious too.
Keep in mind to make a reservation because it is full almost all the time

Fantastic dinner!! We all had something different and each member of our party raved about their dinner!! Some of the best Italian I have had (and that includes some venues in the North End). Crème brûlée was also amazing!!

For me, it‘s the fresh pasta, made every morning by the owner, Diego, himself, that has put this restaurant apart from the competition for years now. Really nice ambiente and staff that couldn‘t be more helpful. Most staff have been working here for years - always a good sign!
