Hands down the best customer service I have ever had! They were always able to work with me to find me the best deal for what I needed. A big thanks to Crystal for being an amazing representative and always greeting me with a fun and friendly attitude. I will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family.

The new GM was so nice, I wish I had gotten her name. She made us feel like we were friends. No pressure sales, great deals, affordable payment plans. We will definitely be going back again.

My fiancee got me to close my account at rent a center and come Aarons. We had a couch, tv. They were always friendly when I went into the store for a payment or to look at new items. The store Manager Crystal was amazing. When My fiancee and I were having family emergencies. She was very helpful and worked with us on our payments. We fell behind a few months as we spent most our time going home and grabing clothes then going back out of state to be with our loved ones. Crystal did everything she could to help even towards the end. CRYSTAL Thank you and your staff. We appreciate you guys and everything you guys did to help us out. Always suggest and recommend you guys at Aarons when people ask where to get house hold furniture. 10 out of 10 stars.

Major props to the Aaron's delivery team in Bullhead today, our couch we got was broken and they delivered the new one IN THE RAIN without it getting soaking wet. Also discovered the couch has cup holders when they were taking apart the old one🤣 will definitely be in touch.
