Off the beaten path and we’ll worth going if your in the area. Too many places nowadays claims they’ve got the best breakfast and there’s plenty of instagram reviews telling you how good the food was, but in reality, most of those posting know nothing about cuisine or even how to prep and serve. The Chatham Filling Station is damm good and we’ll worth going.

What a fun place!! Breakfast and lunch served all day. I had the chili with a popover. Both were delicious but the popover was outstanding. Hubby had the Italian melt. The cold cuts were fresh and the bread was amazing. Can't wait to go back!

Great breakfast/brunch. Delicious food, friendly service. The ranchero bowl was great and a good value. Great specials too. Even on a very busy Saturday there wasn't more than a 5-10 minute wait.

This is a cute little diner with homey, friendly atmosphere. Feels like a place where the customers are regulars and the coffee is always hot. I had the brisket and biscuits and it was. To. Die. For!!! Sooooo good and just the right sized portions. Will definitely come back here!

Really delicious pancakes! Got the maple syrup upgrade. Also got the popover and eggs with potatoes / sausage. Side of fruit. Really well done and friendly service too.

Popular breakfast spot! Tasty diner style food.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way out of town. An old school diner atmosphere which was fun to look at and food that was amazing! My girlfriend is still talking about the waffles, while I am still thinking about my breakfast sandwich and loaded home fries!

Very nice breakfast/lunch cafe. Simple 50's style service station motif. Well done, straightforward menu with both traditional and contemporary breakfast items. Good service. Excellent food.

Awesome little diner! Family had breakfast, I had lunch. Both were excellent! Service was great. Really nice homey feel.

Ate breakfast here - the food was so good we didn’t want to stop eating even though the portions were filling. We got the 2 eggs with home fries, side of maple sausage and the stack of pancakes - split it between us. So so delicious! Highly recommend it!

Visiting in town for a November wedding. Wanted to grab a quick bite for breakfast before our long trek home. Found this place after a Google review and so happy I did! Small and quaint, we were seated immediately. The waitress came quick to take our drink order. We don't find too many places that make grits the "right way" but they sure did! Our plates were wiped clean! They were very clean with immediately cleaning the tables once a party left. We will come back if ever nearby and certainly will rave about it to our friends/family!

I ordered the eggs Benedict, hollandaise was on point. Served on a Portuguese English muffin (enough sweetness to add that extra flavor to my taste buds)!

Coffee was great too. Dark roast of some sort, served at the perfect temperature and ideal grounds to water ratio.

Price is proportional to the food quality and service.

They have grits. Thats enough for me. Also omelets,bennies, corned beef hash and waffles. Most of my favorites, just add scrapple and i'd come from Ct. every day.

Menu has shrunk unfortunately but for the same reason many small local places are going out of business. So we are thrilled they are still going strong with the best pancakes on the Cape!
