Great atmosphere with beach-like music playing in the background, which creates a feeling of calm. The staff are extremely personable and down to earth. The food was delicious and extremely fairly priced.

Nice small town feel in this casual restaurant. Menu has many items with a Jamaican flare, especially the combined citrus/tangy flavors you fin in the islands. Jerk Chicken wrap was delicious. They do have a few items to satisfy vegetarians as well.

Stopped for lunch and it was great! Highly recommended the jerk chicken sandwich! Caesar salad was excellent also! Fish and chips very good too!

My wife recommended this place for breakfast, and as always, it was a good choice. The waitress was very friendly. Foods were great. The Egg Benedict, salmon platter, coconut French toast, meat lovers omelette, and so forth we’re our choices. I also liked that potato was fried and served with onions. It is a must go in Yarmouth.

Island Cafe & Grill is the best! I have been going here since they opened a few years ago. The breakfast is the best around, very fresh and some different delicious dishes. Their lunch is very good as well, I highly recommend you stop into to try it!

I love The Island Cafe! The Food is amazing and the staff are super friendly. Erica and Patrick are superb. I especially love the fried chicken with curry goat gravy! Yum!

A bit of the Caribbean right here on the Cape, if you have a hunkering for some great jerk chicken, curried goat , red snapper or slow braised oxtail , this is the place to go. My oxtail was delicious with a sweet savory home cooked broth that reminded you of Sunday dinner that your mom would make.. the tangy slaw with a wonderful Caribbean vinaigrette was truly outstanding and would be a reason alone to come here. Plantains and rice are simply prepared. Keniqua our waitress explained there would be a delay for the oxtail as we were there during Sunday brunch.. but it was worth it. My husband got the Wicked breakfast with the coconut French toast. It was served with syrup and a homemade fresh berry compote. It was a great take on a standard and a must try. This is a family owned business that makes you feel like you were invited to their home in the Caribbean with the convenience of being right here in Hyannis! I will be going back to try the goat and red snapper, yum!

Awesome place! First visit (for breakfast). Fast, FRIENDLY, affordable, delicious! I came after a google search and saw the great reviews. There weren’t a ton, and I wondered if it was all friends who posted them. It was a true 5 ⭐ I got the Greek Omelette which was absolutely PERFECT!

Had a delicious, fresh breakfast. Fluffy omelets, flavorfull Bloody Maria's and sweet plantains. Everything was clean and maintained. Prices are perfect along with portions. Can't wait to visit again!

On Sunday, October 8, I received a meal of Escovitch Fish and festivals, it was done just right! I always order hot pepper with my meals, this time I did not. Although it was a fish meal, I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the fish. I even attempted to eat the head, which was never my liking. Fish was seasoned to the finest bone. Thank you, Island Cafe and Grill!

I went to an event last night that was catered by Island Cafe & Grill. The apps were great, the staff was amazing and I can not wait to stop in the restaurant and try the full menu!

If you want something unique to try for breakfast. Definitely go here. I've been coming for a while and their food never stops impressing. Now I've never been here for lunch or dinner, but as far as breakfast goes. This place is one of the best on Cape Cod. Who knew coconut French toast was a thing? It was INCREDIBLE. The best breakfast dish I had eaten in a very long time. The staff here are also wonderful. They play relaxing music, and the restaurant has a very home-like atmosphere. 1000000/10.

Came here on a whim, happened to be the closest place when looking for breakfast on a road trip. Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. I got the breakfast sandwich which was a bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon. It came with potatoes and oh my the potatoes were some of the best i’ve had with a breakfast meal. the sandwich itself was also amazing. The staff was very friendly and we had great service. cannot recommend enough for their breakfast!

Far and away...the best eggs Benedict I've ever had...it was a veggie Benedict....

The prices are honestly too low...the owner should increase their prices a few dollars per plate as my meal was only $8.95 and McDonalds charges me that...

This a cute little place the food was absolutely delicious!!! Home fries amazing, omelets perfect, the best French toast I have ever had, the fried plantains were super yummy (I am very picky about both). Can’t wait to come back. I also had a guava ginger for the first time and it is now my new favorite drink for the summer🥰🤗

I don’t ever leave food reviews… guess there’s really is a 1st for everything.. not only was the presentation on point but the food was absolutely amazing… by far the BEST Jamaican food I’ve had. Plus the price was reasonable.. I ain’t never been to a restaurant and get plantain and vege😊 I’m definitely stopping here whenever I’m back in Hyannis

Food was great. Service was good. Lady in the front was doing it all handling takeout, seating, waitressing and handling checks.
