Don't bother asking questions about what he's doing and why- this doctor's fragile ego can't handle it and will refuse to treat you. I asked why a crown was recommended over a veneer that I had had previously (other than the extra 200.00 it would cost me) and he sent in his receptionist to say he wouldn't treat me. He never came back into the room. The receptionist said I ruined his confidence because I questioned him. Mind you I was polite, never raised my voice and never swore. I guess a woman questioning an almighty man was too much for his confidence level.
